Lookout Point is far from providing any kind of lookout. The trees have been allowed to grow up to block any kind of view. Not a good look, Council Bluffs. I have been coming here since i was a kid.
Update: Soon after my review, the trees were trimmed and the view is back. So, maybe these reviews do have an impact.

Beautiful. Love all the trees and especially as they are just starting to turn. Peaceful. The trails are nice and relaxing to walk along. City views in the distance. Very peaceful.
