Words cannot express how incredibly grateful we are for our experience with Gregg in the tire repair center.he was without question the most polite and kind person I have ever dealt with in the field of mechanics.maybe even in general! We travel full time in a Thomas Frieghtliner and blew a tire on our way to Colorado yesterday. Gregg quickly got us into the shop and worked efficiently and professionally with his teammate (Ben I think) to get us back up and running even though they were close to closing. Gregg's kindness and hard work made our experience at Love's unforgettable. His character and hard work has made us life long patrons of Love's.

This review is on the tire shop. Gave 2 stars instead of one only because of Victor. Thank you Vic for taking care of us! Wow! Horrible! We have been sitting here for 12 hours waiting to have a tire fixed. Greg was apparently on road calls for over 6 hours. Found out in the morning that he was not on any road calls smh Will never come here again! I rather sit on the side of the road! Drivers keep checking in to see where you’re at and hope Greg isn’t working! LOVES Needs to HIRE MORE TECHNICIANS! This department needs help!

Your wonderful employees who took 4 hours to change a tire also purposely disconnected the tire hose on a semi putting the driver in direct life danger, because the driver gave them a little bit of an attitude as your employees were sitting around doing nothing making people wait for no reason.
Amazing business guys, keep it up.

Long story short. Driver needed 2 tires to be replaced on his trailer. Shop called asking what type of tires we want and who will be paying. Told him to call me back for payment once trailer is ready. When trailer was ready to go they called back for payment and said they dont take credit card for payment. Really? That something you have to mention to your customer before you put your hands on our equipment!

Don't even think about getting a PM done. Driver checked in before 10 AM got told 2 to 3 hours late. Put in the shop at 4 PM. 8 PM still not done.

Update. Shop didn't replace one of the fuel filters. Claiming they didn't have it in stock. Cummins Engine. This shop is beyond ridiculous.

Stood the the Diesel register for 10 minutes watch management drinking coffee in the security office. Had to go to gas side to pay for our stuff. When we left still no one at Diesel fuel desk. You should always have someone one diesel. Drivers dont have time to wait on your coffee break.

I enjoyed my visit here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean. The gas prices are very good. The food prices is like all gas stations and is over priced, but compared to other gas stations it’s not so bad. All in all it’s a pretty nice place.

Clean store and wonderful staff! Really impressed that the manager was out clearing snow himself. That seems like great leadership. Plenty of cool stuff to browse while you wait out a snow storm.

Not great clean shower room! Lot of dust! I won’t use this shower room again! What a lazy you are?

Shop is not good at all. I came at 6: 30 wanted to change oil but no mechanic was on site. But when I phoned at noon time, to find working hours, I was told that technician will be there till 8pm.

Stopped for gas and to get a bite to eat. The McDonald’s service was great! The gas station service was not. I saw a toy that I wanted to buy for a boy that I know. It clearly said it was 50% off. It rang up otherwise so the cashier went to go check and he indeed saw it was 50% off. I didn’t even have to go with him for him to find it himself. He called a manager to get the price changed. She went back there and said it wasn’t 50% off. We are traveling for through Iowa for Christmas to be with our family. I don’t have time to argue about a toy that should be $6. So I said forget it. Maybe your cashier should be your manager.

The mechanic shop is a joke. Came in around 23 00 hours. Called before to check if they can do transmission oil top up and the person on the phone said: Absolutely, small job, we can do it. When I came in, a different person said we can do it around 8 am. He didn't know the type of transmission and the type of oil that goes inside. I tell you, they are a joke.

November just started and you're already playing Christmas music. Lol I feel so bad for your employees. Hang in there. You'll only have to put up with the same 5 songs over and over and over again for about 2 more months. I would have to wrap my head in duct tape.

Fuel card broke sand company issued a temporary till my new card arrives. This loves refused to take the temporary card number and their pumps are blocked from manual entry stranding me 87 miles from my next fuel stop. When i got upset over the issue. The lady behind the counter told me: . "it's not our problem. ". You just lost a long time customer. I will never buy fuel from, nor frequent any of your establishment ever again.

They had THE cleanest bathrooms I had seen on my cross country trip. I was in a lot of bathrooms so a clean and comfortable one was a delight:) keep up the good work

Showers took forever to open and still not clean. Trash bin was disgusting so I slid it out the door. Then while showering someone tried to enter without knocking. I will be blocking this loves on my GPS.

Shower was not clean. Only time I've ever been to a Love's and saw the manager walking around, yet he didn't greet anyone. Never said a word. Just walked about twirling keys on his finger trying to look important. Employees needed help with a computer, he ignored them. Trash around drink area, he walked right by. Where'd you find this jerk?

I'd like to tell you about the 40 minutes it took me to get diesel fuel but I'm not I'd like to tell you about the friendly people that work at this Love's truck stop but I'm not I'm going to tell you about the cleanliness of this truck stop but I'm not I won't even give this truck stop once car but I had to give it something just to say this is this what the trucking industry is going to become if it is it's been a nice 28 years because I'm out of here

(CAUTION PLEASE READ) Ok this an ok place, the McDonald's is the perfect place to stop four a quick bite, i stopped here with my horses and was here over night, the night staff was very nice and helpful, but the morning staff not as nice, i ran out of gas on my way back to sd, but they don't care was waiting to get some help when they called the police, they just wanted me gone, thankfully the police officer was kind enough to try to get me help, if you have animals this is not the please to be, never really had this problem at another loves, use caution at this loves if you have animals
