They worked with our city inspector to make sure everything was approved, giving us further peace of mind. It's like having our own in-home spa.

As owners of a near century old house, it was about time to replace our old drafty windows. We met with a couple different window contractors and could not be more satisfied with our selection of Mad City. From the initial sales contact to the day of installation customer service contacted us regularly to update on the order and answer any questions we had. We had 21 double hung windows replaced in our two story home. Four installers arrived on the day of installation and from beginning to end they were respectful, courteous, clearly competent and extremely tidy with their work. The windows look beautiful. We had our old cast iron tub removed and a walk in shower installed. Zack and his helper did a beautiful install. It was a messy removal of the tub plus our home was built in 1920’s so we have plaster walls. A superb job was done, our gentleman were considerate and polite at all times. We would highly recommend the product and Zack. I would have sent pictures but since I’m not tecky didn’t know how to attach.

The crew leader talked about a collector item worth some money now that item is gone so beware coincidence if you ask me was gonna have them do kitchen remodeling already have a estimate no way now

They replaced our built in shower in just 1 day. The installer showed up at 8: 00am and stayed until he finished it that day at 6: 30PM. Excellent workmanship.

I was very happy with the job that Mad City did on my shower replacement project. My master bathroom had a very small, dingy one-stall shower. But Mad City was able to make it bigger without moving any walls, simply because of their unique paneling system which takes up less room than the old-school fiberglass shell. The process for understanding the unique benefits of their product, picking out my preferences, scheduling the install, etc went very smoothly. Any company I looked at for this project was more than I wanted to pay, but that's just because this stuff is expensive. But Mad City was competitively priced AND I actually understood exactly what I was getting, so I at least felt better about it. I highly recommend! (Katie, job #502988)

We purchased new windows. They came to install. Said they would be back to finish trim and covering gaps. Now they are saying the job is done and they won't be back.

Matt did a great job installing my new windows. He was very thorough and knows what he is doing. He made sure after the windows were taken out and the new ones installed the area was cleaner than before. He was on time and was able to get the job done in the time I was told the installation time would take. I would use Matt again for any other projects that may happen.

The crew was very on task and friendly. They arrived to the job on time and explained the process. I got ot enjoy the windows for two weeks then they gave me a follow up call. This company doesn't do the work and forget about after the check clears.
