I spoke with Jennifer at reception & she was not very respectful at all. She was rude & spoke over me.

Virginia Hawthorne, ARNP and her staff in the er are horrible. They don't pay attention to what the patients says, they make up their own versions of what happened. My daughter wants me to sue because they made her feel like a prisoner instead of helping her.

I have been receiving a bill once a month since August 2021 for a free Covid test. $114 and I gave them my Social Security number and my insurance card repeatedly let me say that again repeatedly. Customer service is non-existent and they continue to send me harassing letters. What part of free and have insurance don’t they understand.
