Recently had lower unit replaced and extensive detailing of our boat due to issue when in storage. Did excellent job- made boat look like new again!

We've taken two of our boats to Malone in the past and they have always done a great job of winterizing. Very happy with the service.

I am picking no stars. Please beware of this place. It is the worst place to do business with. The people are Rude the Owner has no clue and the Mechanic knows nothing about engines. By far worst place I have ever been to.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. One of the employees even came out and shoved my husband because he didn't like the fact that we decided to go somewhere else. Stay clear of this place.

If you're looking to be assaulted or ridiculed and get a good tongue lashing go to this place. They are by far the rudest and most aggressively violent people I have met. Stay away

Hands down as good of a place to do business as there is! They went above and beyond to help me on a Sunday afternoon even as the doors were closing for the day. I highly recommend!

Service staff very rude and unwilling to take time to discuss options. I realize I had not purchased my Manitou from them, but as a dealer, warranty work is part of the agreement.simple warranty work was not done correctly, I had to call manufacturer to get resolution. While there, inquired about different prop options, told my boat was set up wrong and I was "dumb" for having the prop I had. When asked what they recommended, answer was "it's $800, want one? " I asked what the details of the recommended prop were, told, it's on the shelf and I don't know, I'll sell it to you if you want it. Overall, a very frustrating and maddening experience. Will not be going back.ever.

We had used this business with much success for years as our family usually boats at Red Rock. When Tim was there (they would have received 5 stars). However, since Tim is no longer there, the business has went downhill! Our most recent experience (2021 boating season), we launched for first time and our boat would not turn over. So we took the boat to Malone's for service requesting a complete system checkup after a new battery did not cure the problem. Malone's had boat for 3 weeks, we picked it up, paid our huge repair bill and took boat to south launch thinking we were going to have an enjoyable day boating. WRONG! Less than five minutes on the water, alarms went off and boat temp hit almost 250-Thank Goodness DNR was there and helped us get back to the dock. We called Malone's but no one answered so we dropped boat off in their parking lot and called the following day. Service Manager was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL at best. Blamed all the problems on us (seasoned boaters with a nice Chaparral). He wanted to take our boat out for more testing and additional repairs. We asked what happens if you blow our engine with the testing you are wanting to do.he just laughed at us and rudely commented.guess now you will be buying a new engine. We have talked to a couple of other mechanics that specialize in marine repairs and it is evident this "manager" doesn't have a clue what he is doing. After his RUDE comments and horrible customer service.we are taking all of our future business elsewhere and highly recommend others use caution when dealing with this business. Mark M

We had our boat winterized at Malone’s last year. Never again! When it was serviced this Fall, it was OBVIOUS the engine oil and lower unit oil were NOT changed, but the mechanic said he had done so. LIES! Our oil was BLACK! We thought we could trust them with winterization even though people had warned us not to go there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Malone Motors in Monroe! You will regret it if you do!

Poor customer service, waited 2 weeks for appointment only to be told they are still behind. Then wait to hear back on a qoute that never comes, manger says the lady answering the phone dont have any idea what she is talking about. Then why have her answer?

In 2004 we purchased our boat from these folks, and never really needed much service from them until now. We have also moved and there dealership is totally out of our way to use, but I thought I would still use them for the obvious reasons. For the past 2 weeks I've been trying to purchase new boat speakers from them and today would have been the 4th time in the past two weeks they took my info and said they would call me back. I explained to the lady (that just takes phones calls, and not to get mad at her) I'll I'm looking for is someone to help me order 4 new speakers, and that I'm getting the run around. She gave me the company line that they have been very busy lately. I said I'm sorry that's not an excuse not to call someone back for two weeks. I just mentioned I could take my business else where and she actually encouraged me to do so, because they are busy enough, then hung up! Who does that. I think this is my 2nd good review I've ever written, but a GOOD, well respected business does not treat there customers that way. I will never shop there again.

The people at Malone Motorsports have taken care of my boat for 5 plus years now. And I couldn't think of taking it anywhere else. They have always been on time with all work being just as planned. No suprises ever. I would recommend them to anyone who knows quality work.
