The bridal salon was very organized and easy to find different style dresses. Mallory was very thorough with questions about my wedding and style. She allowed me to have extra time after narrowing my final choices down to three dresses. My wedding was less than 4 months away, Mallory helped me narrow down what options I had available with each dress. She helped looking up shipping timeframes and sizes that were available to ship right away for my top picks. She was more than happy to help me retry on dresses and accessorize to get the big picture and ensure I was completely in love with the look. I never felt pressured or rushed to buy anything.
I ended up leaving with a beautiful dress and can not wait to wear it in February. We are potentially going back to look at renting my fiancés tux from there. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience.

Such a beautiful shop with a great variety of dresses to try on! After trying on dresses, I wanted to take the time to look over pictures of my favorites and make sure I didn't second guess my decision. I never felt any pressure to make a decision sooner and came back a month later to try on my favorite dress again and made the decision! They were super helpful and made the experience super easy and fun!

I had a wonderful experience today (October 24th). The staff is great ordering was a breeze. No question went unanswered. I believe I was assisted by Lori, but I could be wrong. I was told to go there based on the great level of customer service and it is true!

They accommodated my appointment that was requested less than 24hrs from the appt time on a Friday afternoon in the last available slot of the day, so really appreciated that! Very pretty dresses! Will be back for more!

My mom and I visited Mara to shop for my wedding gown on 9/23/23. When we arrived, they were running behind schedule due to large groups that attended before us. The staff were great and provided options of things for us to do as they wrapped up with the previous party. I appreciated them being upfront about the delay. I was still able to have my full appointment time, was not rushed at all, and was able to try on (and re-try on) all the dresses I was interested in without pressure to purchase. Many, many beautiful gowns to choose from & we got to pick out ones to try on instead of just the stylist choosing them all, she picked out some great ones too! Overall, great experience & yes, I said “yes to the dress” at Mara’s!

Mara is a such a unique and wonderful bridal dress shopping experience! I went during the stock room sale and was so shocked at how many options they had at such a responsible price. I loved my experience dress shopping at Mara! Mallory was awesome to work with, and it was a great experience. The first dress I tried on ended up being “the one, ” and it was available right away, so there were no worries about long order dates.

I’m not your traditional bride to be as this is my second marriage and at an older age. The idea of buying a wedding dress was very scary to me. I wanted something special for my big day, yet felt with my age it could be a challenge finding the right dress. The manager at Mara was absolutely amazing from the moment we walked through the door. She asked all the right questions while listening carefully and was very reassuring that I wasn’t the only one who has gone through this process just like myself. After trying on many dresses and feeling quite unsure of it all dresses was her that came into the room with one last dress to try. The moment I saw it on me I knew instantly it was the one! I have no doubt now that I will look absolutely stunning on my wedding day! She was so patient and went above any beyond by even finding toys for my best friends granddaughter to play with and allowed her puppy to come inside where it was cool as it had gotten quite warm outside. She even brought the puppy a dish of water. I highly recommend Mara for not only your bridal needs but your portion needs as well. My daughter has got her last two prom dresses from there as well. I can’t thank you enough for your amazing customer service and dresses.

Absolutely loved my experience at Mara! Everyone was so kind and personable. The process was simple yet so fun. My consultant was amazing and she really listened to what I wanted and what I liked and didn’t like as we went through the dresses! Can’t wait to pick it up!
