Wasn't bad, but needs a little bit of work to the bilding. Yes for Friday afternoon is not to busy but alittle costly.

There are a few theaters in this area but Marcus Sycamore is the best. They have the most screens and the best seating. The concession lines are never long because there are enough employees working. Nice selection of movies, including all the new releases and special features as well. Early afternoon is the best. Often have the theater to yourself.

This Marcus Theatres really has to work on communication. If you post listings for movies through a specific time, then be sure to include the possibility that the closing time is subject to change.

Brought my kids to see the bobs burger movie on the hottest day of the year and get inside the auditorium and it's 90 degrees inside. When I asked them if they could turn it down they informed me the AC was broken. Maybe tell people that before they spend $50 paying for their seats and food. All they offered was to switch movies. My kids have wanted to see this for 6 months and we drive 60 miles to come see it.

Very poor experience with this location in terms of product and service.
Run down and audio quality painfully loud but only on certain sounds as if something was wrong with speakers. Requested a lower volume twice and those sounds were still was too loud to tolerate. We left before previews ended and requested tickets for another visit, but manager Parnell said they would have to refund to original payment (Fandango). He then apparently input our confirmation number into system and he stated he tried to refund, but he stated that the refund was already completed through Fandango. My daughter (whom we are visiting for a few weeks) had purchased the tickets for us but she was in a different movie, so I couldn't confirm the refund in the app, but Parnell showed me a screen to confirm the refund and I took a photo.
When my daughter got home, she checked the app and no refund had come through. I called this Marcus location back and seemed to be getting the run around - the night manager indicated it was never even possible for them to refund to Fandango because they were a 3rd party. Fine, but that's very different than what I understood from the information provided by the day manager. When I asked what could be done to get the refund, I was told I they could take a message to talk to the day manager again. I felt that was already futile since it hadn't been productive when he had the opportunity. I was told the only other option was that I could submit a message on the website.
Wow. What a time sink.
I'm not going to chase them anymore. I'll have to dispute with Fandango or with credit card company. Would have been nicer if they had just simply and kindly given me something to return at another time (and an updated location), as I originally politely requested, to avoid all the hassle.
Besides the disappointing service, I think this location is definitely overpriced when you can get more comfortable seats and far superior audio quality at the updated locations.

First time I went the projector broke. They gave us tickets for a later showing. Went back later in the night where they played the first 2 minutes, and the movie stoped. Waited for them to turn it back on. After they turned it back on, the sound never turned on with it. They played the first 15 minutes of the movie with no sound and never bothered to restart it. Still have no clue what happened for the first 15 minutes of the movie. This doesn't even go into the fact that they left all the lights in for the first 45 minutes.

Those cheesy intros are a bit much, but I enjoyed everything. As expected, drink and snacks are pretty speedy, but that’s to be expected at a movie theater

Friendly, helpful and super pleasant staff, I mistakenly forgot my credit card at the reception and they tracked me down and returned it safely to me.

I used to love coming here with with my wife. Now the employees are rude and incompetent. A young man named Matt yelled at my wife for being indecisive and demanded we go to the back of the line. When I defended her he claimed he was manager and he would kick me out

The left the lights on for the second half of our movie, even after being asked to turn them off. Extremely frustrating. Didn’t get the experience I paid for.

Not the best. Regular prices are overpriced for the small screen sizes. The floors had streaks of sticky liquid that were not cleaned from previous showings. I would only recommend coming on discounted days.

Popcorn and sugary sweets are waiting for movie viewers once again! The theaters are clean and COVID-19 safety is being used. Groups that come together can sit together, but separation of groups is easy simple when purchasing specific seating locations. Online tickets and snack orders speed up the process as well!

Place is understaffed and undertrained, if you come, come early. It will take a while to do anything. I remember that the theaters were great, this trip, I never made it in, because there was only one person in line and it took two people to try and figure out the ticket system. If I had known it was going to take so long, I would have used the App to bypass the line. Hopefully that would have worked.

This place is awesome. I've never had problems. The place is clean, the employees are always super great, and they always have movies that other theaters don't have.

Best management I've seen I think his name was Josh super friendly and very helpful would recommend this movie theater out of all place is clean and very kept up!

Worst theater I've been to. Drove 1 1/2 hours to see a movie not available at my local theater. Screen size 3/10 was smaller then my local theater yet cost 30% more. Sound 1/10 sounded like there was only one small speaker behind the screen. Seats 2/10 if I were any bigger I wouldn't fit in the seats, that said 50% of people I know would have a horrible time fitting if they even could. The "oven" was broke so only popcorn and nachos were available. All in all I give it a 2 of 10, never going back there again. I'll just wait the 6 months to see the next movie at home, sitting 6ft away from my tv is better then this theater and more comfy too.

Basic multi screen theater. The pree movie intro with that owner guy are annoying but fun to make fun of.last time i was in the floors where sticky. Someone needs to mop better or at all.

Pretty disappointing. The place is dirty and smells bad, especially the bathroom! We are big movie goers and always enjoyed this theater, but it's not the same since they reopened.
