We met Mariah at an open house at the beginning of our home buying process. We did not have a realtor at the time and reached out to her a few weeks later when we were ready to get serious about buying. Mariah listened closely to what we were looking for in a home. When we finally found the home we really loved, Mariah did a wonderful job of including things in the offer that would put our offer a notch above the others. She was really good at negotiating our offer, when we found some sewer issues. Gave us great advice. Even after we had closed and we had the sewer work done and we were having issues with the plumbing company we reached out to Mariah for help and she was there for us. Even calling the sewer company for us and checking on us daily to see how the work was going. We can't recommend Mariah enough. From the beginning of the buying process, to the negotiations after our offer, to after closing, Mariah has been the best. We know we can reach out to her with further issues we may have and she's great at recommending companies for any home issues we have. She goes above and beyond in making sure you get exactly what you want. Great realtor who we highly recommend and if we are ever in the market to sell or buy we would go with her again. You won't find a better realtor.

Mariah is everything you want in a realtor: responsive, hardworking, and very knowledgeable on the different neighborhoods and future plans and projects in the area. We originally sought to buy a home but transitioned to building a custom home. She worked tirelessly to help us find the best location and builder for our needs. When we went through the home design process, she attended many our joint meetings with the builder even though this was beyond her workload. We are very happy we chose to work with Mariah.

Mariah was extremely proactive and willing to show available properties as soon as they hit the market. She juggled her schedule to be available on-the-spot - and ultimately, that helped me secure a property in a very competitive neighborhood. Mariah helped me purchase my first home and I couldn’t ask for a better ally in my search. I knew I was in great hands soon after touring a home with her. Mariah has an exceptional knowledge of the ins and outs of homes, pointing out things that could cost me money down the road, or a possible issues that would come up during a home inspection, like a recalled electrical panel. Once under contract, her weekly updates and seemingly daily text check ins put me at ease knowing things were going through and I didn’t have to worry. Mariah is a very genuine person, not trying to make a quick sale, but is super passionate about finding the right home for you, that will make the best investment down the road, no matter how long it takes. I’ve already recommended her to several of my coworkers as they begin their home search. Mariah was an absolutely amazing realtor throughout the entire home buying process. I first came across Mariah based on the recommendation of a friend who used her as her realtor in buying a house a few years ago. I’m so glad I lucked out and got her as my realtor. As a first time home buyer, I really didn’t have the best idea of how to start, but she was there for me through the whole process always supportive and full of helpful hints and advice. From helping me write the offer to final negotiations and closing she struck the perfect balance of identifying what I wanted/how I wanted to get there and making sure that I wasn’t taken advantage of. I know she worked hard on my behalf and handled the difficult conversations and discussions that I was glad not to be a part of. Mariah is also incredibly well connected and has the best suggestions/referrals for anything related to home buying and owning. (This has been a great help even now as I slowly chip away at my post-purchase home projects.)
