The Sleep Experts at Mattress Firm take the time to ask you questions about how you sleep (what position (s), time spent in bed, edge usage, etc) before recommending any of their beds to try. This avoids having to lay on every bed in the store before finding the right one for you and saves valuable time. The prices are fantastic too. I will continue to purchase my mattresses from Mattress Firm in the future and recommend them to my friends and family. Oh, and they will NOT just try to sell you the most expensive mattress in the store; they do right by you!

I shopped Midwest Mattress and the sales person had no time for me and just sat at her desk.
I then went to Mattress Firm and it was the opposite. I was met by Derek as soon as I walked in, he asked me some questions about what my preferences were, After entering those he showed me what they had meeting my preferences.
I then went to Lebeda and they had a sale going on the was ending that day so I would have had to decide within a few hours. I don't like being rushed like that to get in a "sale price".
I went back to Mattress Firm and purchased the mattress I wanted at a fair price. The welcome I got and the attention paid to me is why I bought from them.

Staff was fantastic in store and during delivery but there was an issue with our delivery time and when my husband called to ask about it he was told "there is nothing we can do" before the person hung up on him. This means not only did we have to wait 2 hours longer than we were told which is a big issue since 12 was already pretty late for us (work overnights) but we also couldn't really wait to use the bed either which was hard because it was so cold.
