Do your research before leasing to this outfit. HIGHLY recommend taking your own soil and yield samples to keep them honest. Keep a very close eye on your fields and make sure they aren’t being sublet after prevent plant as well. Yields on 1 field went from 150 to 210 with a new tenant.
