Great sandwiches and soup. Have never had any bad food here and is definitely a great place for really good food and a chill atmosphere.

This is my typical go-to lunch spot and i really enjoy my food! I went there today and the girl at the register was really nice and gave me a great suggestion when I asked her opinion.however, every time i am here, while i wait for my to- go order there’s a man in the kitchen that waves at me which is nice but he then stares and smiles at me the entire time i wait which creeps me out.most of the time i try to order on my app ahead of time to avoid that, but this location is never available for mobile ordering.i also ordered a half chicken caesar salad and got a chicken caesar wrap instead so i was kind of bummed because i was excited for my salad!:/

Staff has had its ups and downs over the past year. The food, however is always fresh and tasty! Any issue’s I had with an order we’re addressed quickly and efficiently! Environment is clean and welcoming!

Best sweet tea! Not too sweet. Needs more ice. Food is great and priced well. Staff was incredibly friendly. Restaurant was clean.

I used to love this place. Visited here tonight. No customers here at all which is unheard of. Staff looked disinterested and wanted to joke around instead of doing their job. To go order missing food. Mac N Cheese container was a tiny scoop. See pic. Very disappointed.

I used to come here all the time and thought I'd try it again since I was in the area. I ordered online and opted for curbside pickup and when I selected "I'm here" nobody came out. I went inside and found my food in the pickup area but they left out my sides and drinks so I had to ask for them. It normally wouldn't bother me but since I used to eat here semi-regularly and know it used to be better I'm kind of disappointed.

I love every menu item I have tried. The staff is always friendly. If you haven't tried it, you absolutely have to.
So much cheaper then Palmers, much higher quality then Jason's.
This is definitely the best deli in WDM.
Do yourself a favor and try it out!
The Savanah chopped salad w/ the Sherri shallot vinaigrette & cheddar roast beef are my favorites.

The food here is great and the staff is friendly. However don’t plan to sit inside to eat regardless of weather- with the doors constantly opening, it blows right through the whole restaurant. Even if you sit far away from the front door, the same 3 employees are in and out of the side door constantly for no apparent reason. My napkins were all across the store after 5 minutes. I’ve been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks and this is a problem no matter where you choose to sit!

This is by far my favorite deli since I moved to town in January. Great selection of sandwiches, made with quality ingredients and good enough portion sizes for leftovers as a second meal. Lemonade is delicious as well. Thanks for the service!

[ New Management is aweful ]

Don't even think of ordering online. Here's what happened. Staying late at work so thought I can trust these guys to help me out with some dinner. Put in the order- Came out to around 20 bucks.
First off- the order was late. Secondly, they were missing a fork - for the salad. Thirdly, they put tortilla strips in and I told them not to put that in the order because I have allergies.

Also they missed one of the dressings and missed the veggies I mentioned. When called, I was directed to speak to "DOOR DASH" and after 40 minutes of my time wasted with those folks, Door Dash told me, McCallisters should have been the one dealing with this because they are ones with my payment info and Door dash is just the intermediary!

SMH! Please- if you are planning to put in an order online - STOP. If you are putting in an order in-store- double check to make sure you have everything. Matter of fact- Tripple check before you leave because this is incompetence at the highest level.

I could give this place 0 stars if I could.

My 'New Yorker' lemonade and HUGE cookie were amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful. I assumed after waiting and line and seeing how busy there would be a wait, but they got my food right out with a smile!?

Used to love this place!
Now it seems there’s a new manager and suddenly service is awful. Dine in soup suddenly isn’t in a bowl! It’s take out and not full. We pay for a bowl not a 1/2 full togo bowl. Three days ago it was at lunch time and he brought out a small extra portion of soup.apologized and said they were out of regular bowls because they were dirty from lunch rush. Okay fine. Today the first girl said no bowl was because of Covid yet my sandwich was on a plate I said and she pointed out but my cucumber salad was a togo cup lol
Bottom line, NOT the same great restaurant my friends and I have had lunch at these past couple year’s! Very sad

Missed chips and gave the wrong soup.

When called, put on hold over and over to figure it out. I think it'll be good for someone to look into the management. One thing every restaurant needs to do, maybe I am wrong, is to ensure that they are selling the same food their customer ordered.

It’s ok. They are really good at taking orders and getting through a busy line. But after you order every empty table is still dirty. They clear the plates but do not wipe the tables down. Or at least can’t keep up. Then after waiting 15 minutes the system “cleared” my sandwhich so I had to tell the guy what I ordered again. I decided not to tell him no tomato’s because it wasn’t worth it. But mysteriously it appeared with no tomato’s. Hm wonder if it was on the system the whole time.

Came here for dinner. Ordered a chicken club sandwich but got a chicken sandwich on a croissant with no toppings on it instead. The manager looked irritated and stressed out so I didn’t say anything about our order being messed up. There was a homeless guy sleeping in a booth and I honestly just wanted to eat and get out of there. He smelled so bad that 3 groups of guests moved to different tables. I’m not sure why McAllisters was feeding him the messed up orders after his card got declined. He was clearly making guests feel uncomfortable. Overall weird experience tonight.

Ate here for lunch on oct 31 2021.ordered a horseradish roast beef & cheddar with chili. The food wasn't bad but I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning. I started to get a headache a few hours after eating and tried to sleep/nap it off. Woke up with a worse headache and upset stomach. Couldn't eat dinner and tried to rest but I wasn't able to get comfortable. I eventually tried to sleep but my body could not calm down. I finally threw up the food and felt 100%. Next morning I'm fine. I'm a little curious if anyone else got sick from any food that day. I will probably avoid this place going forward.

We have eaten here once or twice a week since moving here in August. After today I am done. Every time we have ordered there has been an issue. Missing food, damaged food, missing condiments that are suppose to come with the food I.e butter, sour cream. We spend $30-$70 a pop for 2-3 people. Curbside is a joke, customer service is eh. Food is pretty good but it gets ruined when you get home and realize something is missing or wrong.
