All you do is rob from working people so you can get rich off of our sweat to pay off debts of big companies like providian, who have scammed people for years. I plan to go to the press about McCormick and associates.

Thought they were understanding of financial circumstances, but often condescending towards you and Colleen always makes me feel like a piece of trash when I can't make a payment.

These guys came after me for a debt collection that I had disputed on my credit reports! Had me arrested, garnished my bond of 1600.00. Being on SSDI, that was more than my paycheck for a month! I filed to quash the judgement due to the fact that I AM on disability. They got to keep it anyway. How is this right? It is not even my debt!

Very rude. No communication and when communication is done it's not even reliable. They said something but never followed through with it. They lie and think it's my job to call them to pay them when l it's their job not mine. They wait years later to so anything and took me to court when I had no knowledge of it. Not how you address things. And they call themselves professionals

Confused this May or May not be correct collection agency as the information online very vague but Google search comes back to this company. I spoke to the agency immediately after judgement was push through (tried to file in court on my behalf due to feeling force to brake my lease due the safety of my kids and non stop harassment and also did not see previous landlord not try to put effort to rent out unit but did not understand online method and ran out of time) when spoke to the female that called she stated that her agency would work with me and set up payment arrangements. I stated two dates when I could set up payment and the amount I may be able to do while I waiting on promotion at work. I explained I am single mother and also receive assistance so may not be able to do much until increase of income. I stated I would need them to reach out to me on those dates because I did not know what card to use for auto payment nor have their number. They stated they would call me back on those dates I requested. I did not get a call from them. I have not been serve any notices that a garnishment has been approved only the judgement. Today I go to pay rent and water and all my funds are gone. I feel if they was not willing to set up payment arrangements why call to do so. Also do not understand why this company did not serve papers or certified mail on the bank garnishment especially when they took my entire rent and water especially with wages they would not been able to take 1000 at once especially when my income falls in a bracket that they barely can take that amount in 12 months in state of Iowa. My income bracket says for state up to $1500 in 12 months.

They were hired by their client (my old landlord) who verbally agreed that the other tenant on my lease was responsible for a portion of rent they owed. I stayed the remainder of my lease and paid my rent all the way through. When I called them they claimed they couldn't find the other tenant. They seem to lack the skills needed for a law firm considering I paid $7 and found him. They are choosing to sue me, a good tenant that upheld their end because they're incompetent of doing their job. When I called to ask about paying out of court they told me to go to court so they can also charge me lawyer fees. Terrible people. Terrible at their job. Terrible customer service.

I hired McCormick and associates for some legal work, they were very professional, responsive and attentive to detail. Would highly recommend.

This year my spinraza injections may stop for ever dude to this company deciding the garnish my moms wages after her paying almost the whole time except for during the covid layoff, he job is at risk of being and the said that is a risk they are willing to take! They are will to take the risk of my brother dying cause she will not able to see him now from suicide.horrible unhumane, ungod people!
