McDonald's, Cedar Rapids IA

I would say for the most the place is fine.and is clean also food is good quality and cost too.l

Don't know what's going on with the store more than 50% of the time you can't get she as shakes or Frappes I guit going here I go to 33rd Avenue now it's out of my way but 1st Avenue is not doing their best to take care of customer

I was not happy with my service. I have been to this McDonald's several times and never experienced such ignorance. I ordered oatmeal it was cold the lady at the window didn't speak just handed me my food oatmeal look like it was just throwed together i remember her she worked at the McDonald's on 1st Avenue and she was the same way there unprofessional and ignorant.

There were a guy and a girl pushing and playing with Each other while I was waiting for my order. Very unprofessional plus the fries and chicken were cold.

They sucked! Won't go back! Gave a one star because I had to. Go figure you can't rate 0 stars.

Couldn’t get service at all. 3 cars went through the other side. Never took my order. I called and they hung up on me when I told them. Worst service EVER!

So for sure if you’re making above minimum wage and in customer service, I definitely think you should know how to talk to people. We ordered food and the girl acted like it was the worst thing in the world that we asked for just ketchup and onion lmao on a cheeseburger.we got three and some fries.easy order. But she huffed and puffed and then we also came back through and asked for an ice water and they said we have to buy something next time and they were just completely rude.it was pretty embarrassing.

Consistently long wait times, terrible customer service, and a McCafe machine that is down for self-cleaning all but one hour of the day apparently. Take your money elsewhere.

Unfortunately the store seemed to be very busy and it took much longer than normal to get our food. In addition to that the soda machines were covered in fruit flies, there were flys dead and alive all over the store, some of the ceiling tiles were about to fall out in the entrance, and there wasn't a single clean table to be seen. Overall an unfortunate visit that we'll keep me away in the future.

After ordering 2 meals from a man I could barely understand in the drive thru, I waited for 13 minutes to get food. The entire time I waited there was only 1 car in front of me. And the order was wrong. Incredibly rude employees, and service that is painfully slow. A sit down restaurant would be faster, and better quality food.

Dead flies everywhere.wife sent pics to twitter. Lots of flies. Sticky floors.worker with two foot dreads not netted.

Quick, friendly, and they usually get my order right, which can't be said of all locations in CR.

This McDonalds is the worst in Cedar Rapids.the ineptitude and bad attitude run rampant. The waiting time for your food is atrocious while their manager is constantly yelling back at the food preparers.and then the order will be wrong at least every other visit. Tonight the main manager was too lazy and put out to prepare a drink for me.so I told them no problem and went down the road to Dairy Queen and spent twenty dollars there. Wake up McDonalds.this location SUCKS!

Went there for lunch today had to wait 20 mins for two mcchcikens and It wasn’t even busy. They were all standing around and I saw four of their employees sitting in a booth.

Would not recommend this store for a quick lunch, service is slow during lunch hour. Usually a line inside and the drive thru isn't much better, they're always asking people to pull ahead and wait.

Anyone who has ever left more than 2 stars for this place is a fraud and haven't ever been to this McDonald's. I understand everyone has a bad day but this place has been consistent for many years! Consistently terrible! Convenient location is the only reason I go back. Keep hoping there will be some change in leadership eventually.

After placing my order and THEN waiting 15 minutes in line to get it, I went to shift my car into park so I could take my foot off the break. That’s when it dawned on me I was putting my car in part while waiting for “fast food” and there were still five cars ahead of me doing the same. I won’t be back to this location.

Replaced my food and gave me my money back.just wanted my sandwich fixed. If you ever worked in fast food there are so many crooked customers.

The guy who took our order was extremely rude.i asked for a mc chicken sandwich meal and he told me that they didn’t have that.i always get that so that’s not true.we then ordered sunday’s and he said they didn’t have that either.i then got my food and my cup was missing 3/4 of the soda i got so i went inside to fill the rest of it up.we ended up going to wendy’s to get our ice cream
