24Was horrible! Was in drive thru and literally watched six cars go through the drive thru on the other side and they still hadnt waited on me! So i go up to the window and the guy tries to give me a total and i said so you know i didnt order. Horrible service they all want more money an hour but they cant even do there damn job. Without customers thwy have know job. Get our order and asked for no pickles and they still put them on the sandwich. This place is a joke!
Busy had to wait! That wasn't a problem until customers that ordered after me received their food before me! If I hadn't questioned it I probably would still be waiting!
The food was good and fast service. However, they need to turn on their air conditioner. Was a bit warm and muggy in there.
I used the McDonald's car side app today. I have used it a few times before without issue. Today it took 20 minutes for my food to be brought out to my car. The gentleman was very nice and apologetic about the wait. I guess someone didn't know what car side was. No big deal. I was expecting my food to be cold, but to my surprise it was warm, the fries were fresh and everything tasted wonderful.
Was actually there conducting meetings with 2 different company representatives. Plus, I had a small snack that was great.
Runny eggs today. Like juices all over the inside of the bag. Napkins unusable! Most staff is great in the a.m.
Not much ice, no ketchup cups, fries WAY too much salt and the bacon on the Big Mac does nothing for either one of them.
Had to wait for quite a while for someone to take our order. When they did take the order, they didn't give us a receipt and forgot to give us a few of our ordered items. Had to go back and ask for them.
Went in for breakfast. Food itself was fine, but Orange Juice machine is broken. Seems to be a trend almost multiple locations. Staff were polite but insincere.
My experience was good I love there mc chickens and mocha frappes. The service was extremely fast during a lunch rush.
Store was in disarray with benches missing and out of stock ice and soda machines. Like usual a not good visit.
This place is beyond incompetent. There is only one manager there who cares about getting it right. My order was slow, cold, and wrong AGAIN. I will only go there now when that manager is there, IF I go back. They don’t care because they don’t have to.
I had to wait over 5 minutes just to place my order. Once I placed my order I had to correct them three or four times to get it correct and when it came time to pay I had to wait another 5 minutes. Then they tried to make me leave without my smoothie and to boot my fries were ice cold. I assume it was the manager, but The older black lady had a real attitude 1st when I told her I wasn't leaving without receiving my most expensive item. Then she was down right rude when I asked for hot fries. Practically throwing them out the drive thru window at me when I tried to give her back their cold fries.
If you're not in any hurry then stop here, otherwise, plan on taking a nap while they take an eternity to prepare your food. Slower than a snail.
Waited in drive thru for 5 minutes and did not get helped so then we switch to the other line because people were going to that line so we assumed our speaker didn't work but not as soon as we backed up and went to the other line they helped somebody in the line we were originally in so we decided to go in and then they screw the order up on top of all of that and charged us too much.so it sucks. I work in the food industry, previously in fast food and currently in fine dining and were not talking about rocket science people. Totally unacceptable. You had one job and failed at it miserably.
Manager came to the front with flour all down her clothes. When ordering food from a food joint, seeing a manager dirty from flour and other food is not appealing. I almost walked out.
I've always come to this McDonalds to use their internet, and I've always bought at least a drink, and usually a small or medium fry. Sometimes I'll buy a full meal if I have the money. I've been a regular customer here for a few months now, and I've always been quiet, respectful, and have cleaned up after myself, which is more than I can say about a lot of their other customers, especially from the high school. Yes, I stay longer than the average customer, but the staff here has always been good about letting me stay, considering I spend money here every time I come in, which was almost every day.
Unfortunately, today was a different experience. The manager/shift leader Carla (not sure what her actual title was) sent the maintenance guy to tell me to buy something else or leave. The maintenance guy was polite and did what he could to provide decent customer service while giving unpleasant news, so I didn't ask his name. He did say she was a new manager, though I think I've seen her there before. She might have been newly promoted or something, but I'm not sure.
I noticed as he was telling me to go that she was lurking behind the table I was sitting at watching him do what she was free to do herself. I was the only customer in the place (this was around 5: 45pm-6pm, and the weather isn't bad enough for them to close early), and as I was gathering my things, I heard Carla making calls to employees telling them to not come in because business was too slow.
I also want to make clear that I left quietly after asking for her name, as she had the right to make that call as the manager. However, I think this was extremely poor customer service, considering everything. Even worse, as I was leaving, I almost slipped and fell on the floor, and saw her snickering at me.
Until this matter is resolved, this McDonalds will no longer be somewhere I'll be spending my money at and the rating will stay at one star. Burger King and Arby's is closer to me, but until now, I've been impressed with McDonald's customer service. Please train your managers to prioritize customer service and do the dirty work that they are paid extra for, as these things do matter to your customers!
Service here is slow as hell and they mix up orders all the time. The kids working here don't particularly care, but I get it.
They made me a strawberry shake. Plus it was midnight. Five stars for having a working shake machine. Staff seemed like they could use a moral boost, but they smiled back when I thanked them. Bless these peoples hearts.

This place is trash we waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes no joke people 35 minutes and they screw it up and we got piss warm pops.
