Ignored me in drive-through for 3 cars, out of 5 times ordering 4 and a half times it's wrong There's no part of that place that is fast food

Usually it’s good but my favorite part is the ranch and they didn’t give it to me even though I asked but the food was still good.

Every time. Epic failure. Two lines and only helping one line. I had to ask them to alternate. No sweetener when I ordered it. Asked at the window and guy bold face lied and said yes. Old tea, cold food, terrible service, no napkins, EVERY TIME.

Convenient or I wouldn't go much. Fresh food normally but errors frequent. Have even been forgotten about more than once due to pulling up to wait. One time was 15 min for a frappe.had to run in myself and remind them. Also no biscuits n gravy there just fyi.

Rude drive-thru customer service. Manager was just as rude. Car in front of me drove off. Not surprised after it came my time to order. Not likely to come back.

Had a terrible experience at the DeWitt, IA, location. Placed curbside pickup order, paid with credit card, entered parking space number, and received message that the store was closed, which it clearly was not as drive thru was busy. Never received food and credit card was charged. To make matters worse, neither the general manager nor mobile app customer service accepted responsibility and refused to issue a refund. I have patronized this store for years, but apparently that loyalty means nothing. I will never patronize them again.

DeWitt mcdonalds, ordered thru the app. Was extremely fast and accurate. Was the first time at this particular one.

I've really gotten tired of the fast food scene. Not anything I particular with the store itself.

Nice. You had your employee bring out food with out a mask or gloves on. She was also talking on her phone. Real professional.

Not good service, was getting attitude from the manager and we were even being nice until he came up grumbling like a little child because they couldn't get the sauces correct. It took 4 tries for them to get it right

I have typically never had a problem here, but today waited 20 minutes for our food and then was missing half of my order. I tried calling multiple times to correct the issue, but the phone just continued ringing. Glad I paid to come home and feed my kids lunch that was already in my pantry.

McDonald's is MacDonalds- asked to substitute normal chicken instead of spicy for the 2 for 3- nope- Back in the day McDonald's wanted my business

David the Supposed manager said that gravity is the reason that grease was ON TOP of my bun. The whole burger was literally dripping grease like someone took a ladle and just poured grease on top of it.

The same stuff they always have but the prices have gone up and their drink cups have gotten smaller.

Ordered for 6 people. Kids, so I figured it would be better to do curbside less chance of getting it wrong and save time in drive thru. After 20 min got fries 10 min later had to go inside and watch my food just sit there while 6 other people got theirs. I got a feee meal, cold rubbery fries.seriously?

They were actully the most respectful group of people i had the pleasure of being served by in quite awhile.thanks for the smiles that are 4 real.because that is what i got

I came on @ 2: 40 pm and usually the buffet foods are lagging on the Quality catagory. But Everything was Hot, Clean & some were DELICIOUS
Needless to say, I Will be backany times in Dubuque. The Gentleman that greeted me seemed Genuinely Concerned about me. When I left, I commented to him that his place has the. CLEANEST RESTROOMS that I have EVER Experienced at a Chinese Restaurant
He was Quite appreciative to hear that. And I RARELY tell people at a business these things. But it was just so Awesome, that O had to give credit where credit is due. I'LL definitely be back Any Time I Come to Dubuque, Is again.

Waited twenty minutes for a 6 piece chicken tender and medium fry, tenders were disgusting, only ate one before giving up and throwing the rest away, think they gave me food poisoning cause I’ve been puking.

When certain people are working my order is ALWAYS messed up in some type of way. They are rude, slow, they act as if you’re an inconvenience to them and they’re at work! You would think coming to this McDonald’s would be good since it’s in a small town but this McDonald’s is one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to
