The waitress came to our table two times once to take our order and second to give us the bill never were we asked food was okay and that never were we offered a refill on our drink bad service bad food

The cashier had a nasty attitude towards the customers as if we made him come to work. I believe he was very unprofessional and needs to be coached. It's understandable that you work in an airport where you get alot of customers with special orders or requests. However, none of us made you accept this job.

I ordered two meals didn’t receive either of the large fries, the sandwiches were sloppily thrown together, so much that the toppings were on the side of the sandwich. And the unsweetened tea was sweetened instead. I don’t expect gourmet at a McDonald’s.and accidents happen but come on now!

The staff and management at this McDonald's deserve the highest accolades. At one time, this location needed a complete overhaul. Orders took far too long. But now? An UNBELIEVABLE metamorphosis! I was hesitant to get in either of the two long lines, thinking it would take forever. I took a chance, and that line moved sooooooo fast! I was greeted by very polite employees. I paid at the first window, and as I approached the second window, my order was bagged and the very kind young lady working had the bag extended out her window precisely as I pulled up. She politely thanked me, and I drove away. I pulled over briefly to check my order (in the past when I asked for no mustard it would take longer and many times there would still be mustard), and the order was spot on. I've been back numerous times since, and I assure you it wasn't a fluke. The operation is smooth! Congratulations on the amazing job you're doing!

The williams blvd. Store was clean, can't say very efficient nor helpful. But it's a McDonald's what else is there to say

Twice I ordered 2 deluxe chick sandwich and twice I was billed for 2 regular chicken sandwich. I checked this time and they exchanged them for the deluxe at no extra charge.

The cashier and manager wouldn't serve me today because I chose not to wear a mask. There were 2 people getting their food with out a mask but wouldn't serve me. I stated that I just saw that they just served 2 people with out a mask, why cant they serve me? No response they all just stood there. I left with out getting served. I wouldn't of argued at all if I didn't witness others getting served with out a mask.

Other than still no eating it was relatively fast warm people were friendly nothing to make them stand out but nothing to make them falter either

Quick but can only fill 2 orders at a time. So they missed the biggest order because they limit the time at the drive up and employees can be docked for taking too long.

This location has really picked up the pace. I can typically get through the drive-thru and a matter of a couple of minutes. I can order my food customized, it show up exactly the way I ordered it now. We did have some issues a while back where I could just never get no cheese on a sandwich. Seems to be corrected and when I order something My way, I get it my way now

Too pricy I bought two cheese burgers and one quarter punder no drink no fries and I end up paying $13.00 I don't get it last time I will buy food there I promise you that.would not recommend it.

McDonald's was very busy but they did their best to keep the line moving. The food was hot and fresh. I did get the ranch sauce that I asked for which was nice. However the sprite was nothing but co2. It happens unexpectedly and I had to go back and they fixed it no questions asked.

Cold, soggy, greasy food. Tried visiting 4 or 5 different times to give the benefit of the doubt, literally can never give even decent food. Don't bother.

Big Mac & cheeseburger not as good as before. Tried twice to get fries. First time old & cold. Second time hot but old & no salt. Gave up.

Every time we go there they forget to give us some part of our food. I'll park in the parking lot and try to call to get our food and they never answer their phones. Then we have to go all the way through the drive threw to get the food we paid for.

A bunch of kids who dont have no idea what they are doing work there. Got my order wrong asked to to wait ahead. After my food was handed to me it was cold and soggy. Horrible customer service

In 1977 I got my first taste of Mc Donald's it was great then big juicy burgers it's changed immensely but I still love those french fries.

Don't waste your time with this McDonalds. If you order DoorDash and see the food will be coming from here, just don't do it. I can't think of a time this McDs actually gave me correct food, and it's literally no different when using 3rd party delivery. They seal the bags so the driver is unable to verify the contents. We received someone else's weird as heck order, a burger with xtra ketchup, mustard, pickles, bacon, and add lettuce. If this was your order, take it easy man. That's too many condiments

Well so many people since power came on.and they moved the line very fast and with the order correct. The food was very fresh this time and much appreciated after days with out any power.stay safe all

Waited for about 10-15 minutes for our 2 double cheeseburgers and large fry. And when we were handed our food the fries were cold. It was mentioned and they gave us another fry which was a bit warmer.
