McDonald's, Evansdale IA

They definitely don't like their Jobs there, very disrespectful stuff, and unpleasant experience
It made me feel they're paying me to get food from here not the other way around

On a quick trip. Time was the upmost. The place was clean they where quick, accurate, and polite. It was in and out just what we needed.

I work in fast food so I understand forgetting things but when you’re in line for 8 mins and get cold food and missing food and then after just one call with no answer and try calling again to it going to file tone that’s how You lose customers this is the 3rd time this past month my food has been cold and wrong.

Really clean, probably one of the cleanest McDonald's I've been in. But they really need to cook their fries longer (they should NEVER be white)

First of all you guys had spicy McChickens! Store was very clean. Ordered off the kiosk, was having issues, an employee (Maliya) came to assist us. Was very patient with us. Finished up our oder and then continued to do what she needed. Store was slow. She kept us up to date on our order because what we ordered was not cooked already. Everything was hot and fresh! Thank you Maliya! And an extra thank you for the pie!

Went through drive up, ordered lunch at breakfast-to-lunxh switch. Friendly service at pay window and food window but we had to pull over and wait for food, took almost 15 minutes to get food. French fries were over cooked. Definitely wasn't "fast-food".

If I could, I would give this McDonald's a 0/5 because the driver thru worker was extremely rude. Not only did I have to deal with that, but my morning coffee was COLD right after she had poured it.

My driver said the food was horrible but they had truck parking. There was not garbage laying everywhere and grass to pee on at the side.

It's a McDonald's. *smile* On the road in a UHaul. Stopped for break. Clean store, fast, hot food, good coffee, everyone smiled, were pleasant and professional. I will stop again whenever I drive through. The customer service and fresh hot products make all the difference in bringing back the customers.

It was closed.its in a Truckstop/Travel Center so those of us who Travel or deliver loads overnight (3rd shift) have no access to hot food. We don't get consideration or accommodation. We drive all night for those people who don't want to work, can still go to the grocery store and get what they need. How would this country react if every truck driver took the nights off? !

Waited 20 minutes for two sausage McMuffin with egg. Not sure what happened or what the problem was, but they fell way behind and I got caught in the middle. Didn't even try to explain or offer restitution for the long wait.

They didn’t listen to my order and forgot egg on my McGriddles and gave me a small iced caramel macchiato when I asked and payed for a large.

I personally haven't ate there in 25 years probably had a bad experience with chicken selects but I was with my buddy and his kids when they ordered and nothing was right and there was a plastic seasoning cap that popped out and somehow landed on a cooked Burger but it's supposedly fell off on the grill when they're seasoning me right but it wasn't burnt

They were busy but worked well to get orders out. A person doesn't mind waiting when the burger is cooked to perfection and tastes great+

I'll give them 5 stars for the reason breakfast was hot and staff were great just wish the coffee was a lil better usually McDonald's had great coffee but today not to good.

Tried to go thru drive this morning. After waiting 25 minutes we finally told them we wanting our money back. They took the receipt then magically found out order. Once opened, we found out why they hadn't called our order out earlier, it was completely wrong missing sandwiches. The workers there are over worked and ownership needs to step up and pay them a decent wage to get enough workers in the door and for the stress/abuse the employees put up with. Although, from what I saw this morning, their customer base will he dropping enough that they won't need more workers.

This place has really gone down since the remodeling.we waited for over 15min for 1 order that is a normal menu order that we had to pull off to the side and wait.sure glad burger King is across the street cause we won't be back

Young girl messed up the order. However the manager that night was amazing and got me money back without too much hassle.

Pop machines didn't work, employees throwing hamburger around, employee working in slippers, not getting orders right or waiting longer then it should have to get food and not washing hands after going to bathroom. Was totally disgusted with this visit.
