McDonald's, Des Moines IA

Went with my gson before he went home last night.drive thru was extensive so we went in. 33 minutes for cold chicken nuggets and drink.many people waiting for their orders inside were before us.there are sooo many McDonalds, not coming back

Dude, why is it that EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL- the fries here are undercooked, flimsy and greasy, just. NOT GOOD.even ordering no salt, doesn't matter- makes me think their fryer is faulty/broken, or they haven't cleaned or changed grease in. I DON'T wanna know how long, should that be the case. Curious how they are still selling em, someone else has GOT to be noticing this!

Can never get an order right and then if you call them out on it there like ohwell haha

Manger was absolutely worthless apparently he dosnt know the difference between 3 and 4

$8 for a sandwich and a small shake.more whipcream than shake. Didn't get an option on the whipcream and burger was burnt beyond edible

Cheap and decent food. Nice customer service. Great fries and ice cream machine is up moreso then other locations.

Terrible customer service. Then they told me to pull up to a parking space where I waited for 15 minutes. I ask the kid that brought my food “ what took so long” and she said “ they were reading the meat” so whatever that means. And now that I’m home I noticed they didn’t give me one of my sandwiches….

I don't care for McDonald's lately it's mainly because of their fries have a lot of those little sharp ended pieces I don't know what has happened to their quality but it sure has gone downhill since the last couple years

Cant stand all the pull over and wait. Mc Ds is Last choice anymore. They must hire there managers from WMM cause they dont have a clue about the fast food industry. Customers should all refuse to pull over, I do, when your in line its your time not the prople behind you, stand tall folks, quit letting big buissness control you, and of course slow workers. I REFUSE TO PULL OVER,

I like that wether you go through the drive thru or go inside, you don't have to wait long to get your order. The inside of the restaurant was nice and clean. The Crew in the back made a great team. They knew what to do. Keep up the good work. I'll most definitely be coming back.

Here is how ordering at their drive thru went today:

“Hi, can I get a burger and. ”
“Anything else!? ”
“Yes, umm, can i get some fries and. ”
“ANYTHING ELSE!? ANYTHING ELSE!? ”
“A COKE PLEA! ”
“Anything else!? ! ”

Everytime I go here they're friendly and haven't gotten my order wrong for a long time so I'd say they're stepping up their game at this one

Manager said “store policy” is to refuse to sell soda water because it’s “unhealthy. ”

Huh? Not even scientifically accurate.

McDonald's needs to step their game up either hire more people or teach more to do their job correctly waited forever and got rubber fries

This place is always a mess and take hours to be severed. I expect fast food to be quick even if it's poor quality but to be slow and have no quality leave alot to be desired

Mcdonalds is one of them places you just regret after going to.service keeps gettin worse and so does the food.if people didnt need a quick meal sometimes i dont think they would make as much money.

I waited for 20 min overall to order, pay, and receive my food. I was charged extra for cheese. $. 49 a piece. And i didn't even order extra cheese. Then, i get home to feed my son a sausage and cheese mcmuffin and received a biscuit with 2 mfing pieces of cheese on it. Are you kidding me? This is a new low standard for mcdonalds. I also paid way more than i should have. When i asked the lady at the window about it she argued with me and only took off the extra cheese. Damn east side

So guy handling the food upfront doesn't even have a mask on and another doesn't know how to wear one. Its not a mask for the chin.

Workers take their time making and giving people their food. The food is made very sloppy, and the workers have conversations with each other insted of serving people.
