McDonald's, Clarinda IA

My wife ordered a quarter pounder. When she got it, it was not done (which happens a lot). I took it back for her and requested a remake. I had to go get it as they didn't deliver it to our table. It's always cold in the dining room.glad I didn't have shorts on. I had to put my sweatshirt on.

It is just a normal McDonald's, nothing special, but definitely fills the nitchè. Hot food fast.

I came in to place a big (but not horribly big) order. (I did not use the drive thru because that would be rude.) I went to the counter to place my order and the cashier just gave me a look telling me "they're not gonna like that" I did reply that it didn't need to be rushed I can pay now and come back in a few minutes to pick up. One of the managers told me it's awesome I chose them for my business and thanked me. The cashier rolled his eyes. I went and ran my other errand came back in about 10 mins. And my food was ready and hot. I thanked them for their hard work and left. So basically my only complaint was the cashier and his sarcastic comments.

Truck stop atmosphere. Quick. Polite, & service oriented crew members delivered hot, appetizing food that definitely was on point.

I got a large Carmel frappe and while drinking it I sucked a piece of plastic through my straw and into my mouth and almost choked on it. Not very happy

Worse McDonalds' I've ever ate at & I've been allover country. Poorly made food, very smelly, bathroom is worst. & after that McDonald mess~UP TODAY I'm done eating there! I will go to sonics from on.

Ordered buy one big mac get one free girl behind counter couldnt get order had to cancel mobile order and get refund and leave very dissappointed

It's been good. I mean at times it's a little wait but the food is nothing to complain about.

Not liking the automated drive thru. Needed a special order and the system was incapable of processing it. Luckily an employee got on a head set to help me out. Got home. 15 minute drive, only to realize they forgot the Chocolate milk for two of our happy meals for our grandkids. 30 minutes later, I sat down to my cold meal.

The new system of ordering by talking to a machine isn't working. No one was available at the first window to take our money. We could of easily drove away without paying.

The app is fantastic! You can earn points and get free items! I also like the dollar menu.

This location is absolutely horrible! Having a large family it doesn’t fail that when we choose to eat here it’s always 30 dollars or more. However we never receive our moneys worth! Our meals are cold, fries stale and the customer service is terrible! Orders are rushed and the food is disgusting! People who come in spending their hard earned money expect quality food and customer service however we never seem to receive neither!

Ordered 2 drinks in the drive-thru. They were ready as soon as we pulled up to the window.

This place doesn't deserve 1 star, but it's the only way to leave a review. I didn't eat there, I haven't eaten at any McDonald's in 10 years. Yesterday though I saw a guy who drove from a place of business to get a McDonald's hamburger, when he bit into it, it was seared on both sides and was freaking RAW on the inside! Places like this should be shut down and demolished, GROSS doesn't even come close to describing that!

The service was excellent but slow, through no fault of the employees. I know the two cars in front of me had large confusing orders. I've been there before and I know what they're going through. Yet everyone still smiled and said thank you and generally made my visit a pleasant one.

It's mc Donald's. Fast service and got our order right. How much more can you ask for.

People don't care about the service they provide. Management doesn't care enough to teach or fire people for poor behavior
