McDonald's, Indianola IA

I rated them a 3 out of 5 and was generous. They got order wrong at the line to pay which contained 2 employees, also just started reading off random orders to me trying to guess the correct one. Got to pick up window they read the order correctly back to me, so drove 20 minutes home just to find out they gave me everything but the pancakes which is why I stopped to begin with. On second thought I take back the third start and give them only a two.

What ever happened to the big and nasty burger I was hoping to get a a tast lol sorry I was dared to ask why name it that

Decided to try new apple fritter. Dried up, no glazing left on it. Not sure how long it was laying around. You could drive a nail with that thing.

No inside seating. They were experiencing major struggles getting orders correct. 2 people cam inside due to wrong orders and we were given the wrong order.

This drive thru is always AWFUL time after time I go & have poor service. The drive thru always is terribly slow. But also the iced coffee I got this morning taste like milk. 9/10 I have to pull to the side to wait for my food while countless other cars go through with no problem. Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me.

Was very slow but in all fairness I think they were training a couple people and the drive through was really busy. The guys waiting on us were very nice and apologetic. The shamrock shake was GREAT.

The food was alright, but this place was disgusting, the drink and condiment stations were just filthy, and the garbages were overflowing. The manager didn’t seem to care or even care to check, one minute she was behind the cash register, and the next she was stuffing her face in the back still in view of the public. Clean your act up.

Awful, to be honest. Called ahead about all day breakfast and got hung up on, then the drive through was packed and they didn't care about any of the orders being right. Will probably never go back.

The lady on the drive thru speaker had a lot of attitude when speaking to me! She rude and short with everything she said people like that shouldn't deal with the public!

My pal Trey tried to flip over his McFlurry like a Blizzard! What a silly guy. Lucky for him it didn't spill. The McFlurry was delicious!

As usual this McDonald's service sucked on a spectacular level! The drive thru was insanely slow and we had to send our food back TWICE assembled wrong. Par is but a single return which is still amazingly poor!
