18We’ve been to the Carroll, Iowa store 7 times in the last 4 months and every single time the ice cream machine has been broken. I’m beginning to think they just say that so they do t have to serve it. We went to the local competitor. Too bad as we have always enjoyed Mickey D’s.
Unfortunately Carroll McDonald doesn't get the order right the fries are never seasoned and the workers are very unprofessional jamming music getting defensive when your order is wrong if anyone is thinking about eating there please don't just go to Culver's
Food was cold. We ordered curbside and they forgot some of our order so we had to go inside. All the employees were wearing street clothes, no uniforms, and no hair nets? The guy expediting the food was wearing a beanie and had hair past his shoulders that wasn't put up.
Went thru drive thru, was told there wasn't any soda and no ice cream. Pretty lame, I only wanted to get a Coke.
I asked for a mcflurry and they said they didnt have any and then i asked for a xhicken sandwich and the said they dont carry them. They are lazy messy and unresponsablie
They messed up the order. After 20 minutes of waiting, I had to actually go in and get my new meals.
Very unprofessional GENERAL MANAGER. I used to work here, so I know Linda is the GM. I’m a dasher now, and just watched her hand my customers order to a customer whom she did not confirm the order number with (they are supposed to to ensure they’re not giving the food to a random person) and then told me to see if I can catch her instead of remaking the customers food that I had the order number for.
Ordered a double quarter pound and paid for it. Got a single quarter pound after waiting full time for what I ordered.
I was visiting Carroll, and the breakfast at the Carrollton Inn was so bad that we needed to drive somewhere to find breakfast and, of course, found trusty McDonalds. This McDonald's was quite busy, which surprised me for such a small town, but they were fast and efficient. An older gentleman was handling the cash register and couldn't have been nice. Food was consistently McDonald's, which, when you're traveling, is comforting. We ended up going there 3 times that week and got the same service each time. Thanks!
This McDonald's is by far the worst I've been to. I've been to better ones in the run down parts of Cedar Rapids. I called 3 times and no answer to ask if their ice cream machine is actually working for once ever. I go inside because once again they have one of the drive thru boards blocked off. A bigger girl in a yellow shirt with a black bob cut was at the register and walked completely out of site when I walked up to the register. I stood there for about 15 mins just to ask if their ice cream machine was working. I mentioned I called and she gave me a snotty attitude and said "it's broken" and wouldn't you know so is the ice cream machine. Place is an absolute joke. Arbys has better service.
Cold fries poorly put together burgers missing items from order and the dining room was completely disgusting everything was sticky you could see finger prints everywhere ketchup everywhere food all over the floor I’ve been there several times and it’s always this way
I like the app so I can order online with discounts and rewards. Also don't have to wait in line, just whip into the curbside pickup.
Cold fries and burger and takes 15 mins+ going through the drive thru with only 2 cars in front of you? That is if you get the right food. This isn't the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time but it is the last time.
Nobody's paying any attention to the costumers cold food got a caramel mocha coffee and it was horrible wouldn't wanna go back horrible experience
Filthy and neglected dining room. Many flies. Trash bins were overflowing. No ketchup in the ketchup dispensers. It was gross and terrible and I'm not going back.
They were so far behind with food. I saw a worker eat a fry and then continue to fill fries up for customers without sanitizing their hands. Our order was wrong and we waited 30 min for our food.
Couldn't take cards had orders out of order. My husband burger had a great big long hair in it and his pop was flat and tasted weird.
