McDonald's, Pella IA

I've gone to this place several times. They get the orders wrong almost everytime. We ate inside not to long ago & they were out of ice for their self help Ice machine. That whole area was a mess. The ketchup containers were basically empty & ketchup was all over the place. Someone did come out& fill the ice (after we mentioned there wasn't any ice) but did not bother to clean the ketchup area up. The place was not busy at all. There was probably 2 other small groups of customers. As in1-3 people per group. Very disappointing

Food was the the big thing you figure with prices going up you could get hot food or at least warm. But they where friendly

Dirty. Windows, floors, bathrooms, stall clogged and filled, walls soiled, I walked in went to bathroom to wash my hands, and then left never ordered. This was at 9am.

Service is good, but they remodeled and the seating is very uncomfortable. The older seating was good, why change. Also most of the tables were dirty at 2: 00. Come on guys at least try.

Ordered two strawberry pies. I heard the employee behind the window say these are cold, and another employee say just give them to her. They were indeed cold which makes me wonder how old they were! They didn't have the time written on them when they were made like other places. Didn't even give me napkins in the bag.

Wasn't given any sauce for chicken sandwich or fries. Sandwich was small and hastily prepared

One of the worst mcd's I've been too across the usa. Walked in and stood at the cash forever as Noone noticed me. Stopped for a big breakfast, eggs were dirty and greasy, everything else was cold. Got a refund. Wow this placed doesn't even live up to any standards let alone standards set my mcd's. Slow as well. Should have checked the other reviews first.

My father had oral surgery this morning and ordered online, amilkshake without whip cream for him. Pick up curbside. After 9 minutes I went insise. The shake had whip cream on itand we live across the street from McDonalda. Got my Dad in the door, removed the whip and put a spoon in it. It ws milk or melted mix. When I called, line ws busy and call ould no go through.

By far the best McDonald's we have ever ate at! The food was fresh and hot! The staff were very friendly! Thank you for doing such a great job!

I just went there with my sister today, and my card wasn’t working quite right, and there was a cashier (about a teenager’s age) who was incredibly rude to us. When my debit wasn’t functioning, she gave the card back and said it wouldn’t go through in an annoyed tone, which I was confused by, so I cleaned it a little, and suggested she should try again.

She took it, and then gave it another try, then handed it back, and said in an overly aggressive and angry tone, “it’s not working. Sorry. ” And glared at me and my sister. I had no other payment method, so I apologized and said I just wouldn’t get anything then. She then scoffed, and said “kay” then slammed the window hard in my face as I started to suggest she enter my code in manually, she didn’t open the sliding window back up and have the common courtesy to reply to me. I’m absolutely NOT implying she should have given me and my sister free stuff, I’m just saying that she was not very kind and didn’t express human decency or any form of hospitality.

Just be kinder in your delivery next time. Thanks.

Went thru the drive thru they forgot something I ordered. Went inside to get what they forgot the lady gave me attitude and was cussing as she gave me what they forgot. When I'm in town I will never go back horrible service!

I have literally never had a positive experience at the McDonald's. I'll say the almost always the person who takes the order is usually very polite, however every single time I have ordered, I have a manager hand me the food, and they have terrible customer service. They just hand out food and shut the door while you are trying to talk to them. Great customer service is not hard to achieve yet it has slipped the grasp of the management team there consistently. Plenty of room for improvement.

Went there twice. Once for my sister and the other for my brother-in-law. Both times the customer service was not really friendly.

Coffee was cold. Biscuits and gravy is not worth $3.29. Hardly any gravy and the biscuits were hard. They did give us some hot coffee.

Dont Order any large iced coffees from here! Every an time they put it i. A medium cup. Litterally says medium iced coffee on the side! Sloooooow as hell and runs breakfast with maybe 3 people.

I only go for breakfast a few a times a month. It's typically pretty good but the frequency in which the McCafe machine isn't working is extremely disappointing.

It was McDonald's on Thanksgiving it was closed. Didn't expect them to be open but it would have been nice we were traveling that day.

Food was pretty fresh and very good, but it was almost cold by the time I got it. If it had been hot, you'd get a 5/5 all day!
