McDonald's, Nevada IA

At any point in the day assume wait time of atleast 10 minutes. Lobby rarely open recently. Order accuracy around 80%. Disappointing.

I hate to post this and I know it's hard to get employees these days. There was a crew working. Dining room was closed. We were in the drive-through for 24 minutes! Hamburgers we're cold, fries were warm. You lost our business.

Fish sandwich was microwaved cheese and Fish cold. Quarter pounder meat dry. Terrible food

They don’t answer the speaker when its just one car at night and they treat their workers like trash

They are only open limited hours and takes 20+ minutes to get an order! Not sure why manager is still there!

This McDonalds in Nevada IA has no dine in. If you order for pickup you have to call & they unlock the door. Again ordered mcnuggets & they forgot the sauce I ordered & it was on the screen. Please McDonalds someone needs to double check all the order is there. Pretty dry nuggets with out the dipping sauce.

Honestly this place should just shut down it's pathetic they make terrible food they can't even keep the lobby open for retired people or children. Unfortunately it's disgrace to this town. McDonald's goes back way in history the owners would be ashamed of this place. Honestly if I could give him a 0 stars and go to city council meetings and have them shut down I would. Not worth your time drive to Ames or Marshalltown this McDonald's is pathetic.

So tired of this location literally every time I order a double qp only ketchup add a piece of meat they always screw it up how do you mess up a simple sandwich smh

Just another McDonald's. We have used the kiosks for ordering before, but are not fans. The term "fast food" seems to have lost its meaning. It took over 20 minutes to get our food.

We usually stop at a McD for breakfast when traveling. We chose the one in Nevada over Ames because it was just off of Hwy 30. The breakfast sandwiches that we order were supposed to have bacon. I like my bacon as crisp as the next person, but when the bacon is black. Yuck! Don't know why it was even put on our sandwiches. We waited almost 10 minutes for our food after placing our order through the app, we would have gladly waited a few more minutes to have actual crisp bacon not burnt bacon.

We can always depend on McDonald's to get our order wrong and so, we don't go anymore unless somebody we know wants to eat there, as happened this time.

Friendly and caring staff. Love this location! We haven't had a wrong order yet, but if we did I know that they would make it right

Wouldn’t let our baseball team order after we took the dub against Nevada. Would not recommend this McDonald’s for your team family or friends

I just stopped at the drive through today. Jesse took my order and money. Spencer handed me my food. I could not have anticipated such friendly employees to wait on me. Really makes my day to have nice people to wait on me. Great job.

My first time in the Navada McDonald's and Rebecca helped me with my curbside order.
She was very friendly and a big help!

The boy that took my order sounded like he didn't want to be there, but the young gal that served me at the drive thru was very polite.

The baseball team tried to get in and they yelled at us and wouldnt let us go through the drive-thru

As usual very pleasant at the time I went which is one of only two times during open hours that I will go to this Mcdonalds if I don't want to feel like just another number being told here's the rest of your order we messed up on the first time or just plain didn't give it to you. All the time feeling like it was such a burden and your now going to be " That Person " whenever they see you walking through the door.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Will never go back. Customer service was awful, food had finger prints in the bun, fries were hard, and my patties on the burger were cut up and smashed into the burger. Do not waste your money.
