McDonald's, Perry IA

Called in a larger order, got the price quoted over the phone, when I picked up order I was overcharged & manager argued with me, "I don't know who you take too" I called the number from online fie Perry. Very poor customer service. Don't deserve 1 star, there should be a negative option.

The people at this McDonald's are wonderful and very good at the customer service level. Having said that the Fry's at this particular McDonald's are abhorrent. I make a point of not getting them when I go there. They're not even good 20% of the time. Much less tasty.

Learn how to work BOTH SIDES of the drive-thru line. You create an unpleasant experience, long wait times and frustration on both sides by ly working the outer line. This is a persistent issue.

Food was good as always but my order is never what I order the lady working the front seem to be I don't no not trying to be rude but seemed to be on some type of drug really bouncey constantly fidgeting around like she was on some kind of amphetamine but everyone else was perfect keep up the good work guys

Ordered 5 things, 4 were 2 for $6. Got 4 things including my shake. Was told to go through the line again to get my other sandwhich, which would have cost me more. Last time I'll ever go here. How do you screw up a simple order so much and act so rude afterward.

Be ready to deal with confused employees! Order sausage McMuffin for $3.36 and they charge for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit for $5. Corrected them and they still kept that biscuit order on the receipt & put the food in the bag. Told the lady at the window and had to explain twice while she stared at the 2 items on the receipt not understanding what happened. Who hired these illiterate people?

Service was very quick and friendly staff. My order was spot on. The only sad thing was that the ketchup was runny, but it was still okay to use.

Fries were soggy and cold like they were sitting there for a while. Burger was ok. The service left me confused. There was only two of us in line and they tried to give me the person's order right behind me. There's only two vehicles there.

They try and charge for sauces now, which is a slap in the face considering your paying for the fry s and food. The don't fill drinks up all the way. I feel like I have to turn on fake charm just to beable to get sauces with my meal. They need to stop that stuff your McDonald's but your greedy. The quarter pounders are not actually quarter pounders anymore. Each year the food gets more expensive and the portions get smaller.

Let's start with young lady taking orders how many times do you need to ask someone to speak up or clearly? Apparently 3 times. After repeating my order 4 times I pulled around to pay where I was greeted by the same young lady, who then opened the window just enough to yank my card from my hand and roll her eyes while doing it. After receiving my card back she slammed the window shut without handing a receipt. I sat there for a min, and she wouldnt look at me nor respond when I said excuse me and knocked on her window. So I pulled forward to get the order and was greeted by a little warlock who seemed to also be having a bad day. He ever so aggressively handed my wrinkled bag and then my drink, after asking for some jam he handed them out the window and said "here" he seemed to correct himself after I looked at him with the dad look that we all got as kids when we knew we were about to meet Jesus. It seems that the excuse was well we are short handed how ever everyone is short handed and to be blunt and honest the only ones who really work in fast food is the guys and gals behind scenes who I don't hear complain or get aggressive with my sweet tea. I assume the young lady was having a bad day cause she had to wake up and go to work because her tiktoks don't get attention or maybe her only fans page isn't taking off like she expected. But regardless customer service is horrible the food was wrong the sweet tea was not sweet. And to make the point further I get to work and a co-worker had the same experience with the same 2 people. 1 complaint won't effect a mass corporation nor will they bat a eye at this but I hope the next time the little fun size gal rudely takes someone's card I hope its someone from the deep south who will jerk her soul out and curb stomp it. So to wrap this up, the two individuals bless your hearts.

If I had not called them today, it would have been a one star or a no star. However, I took the time to call them after being very upset yesterday. Their general manager, Jerry was there, when I told him why I was calling, he relayed to me. He knew a little bit about it, which made me know that the manager did care enough to at least speak about it.
Basically, it was a younger employee. I didn’t understand something on their app. In the way she talk to me was incredibly rude. Then when I paid, she was again very rude. I understand that young kids don’t always get customer service shed and some of them excel at it. However, this was way overkill. When I called the next day, the manager listen to me and we had a mutual respect. I really appreciate that and for that I’m going to go ahead and give them a great review. People make mistakes what you do afterward is what matters.

Awesome 5 stars, love dis place. Go there, if you say so though the service is kind of slow be cuz they don't make it early's before you get there so that is the one thing bad about that place the service they are very nice but they are kind of slow.

All the high schools workers are just dumb when it come to the drive thru order, they even sometime for get order, Iowa Perry McDonald’s ain’t it my friends

Always rushing you through the line don't ever ask you, they always assume. These days, there is no such thing anymore of good customer service. Never find napkins with order or even condiments. They will ask at times but then not in the bag. Ohhh and night crew, the worst.

I went through the drive thru and was sent to a waiting spot, I sat there for roughly 15 to 20 mins until someone brought out the food. Staff wise they are fine, not rude it's more they are "just getting through their shift" which is understandable they are at a McDonald's I remember how rough it was working there. Overall it's your standard mediocre fast food place. Just sucks when you get stuck waiting for awhile because they "totally forgot they had me park"

Fries were very very cold and soggy. Fries were not edible. They didn’t give me the sauces for my nuggets that I asked for. The girl at the pay window in drive through was very unfriendly.

My son went thru your drive thru around 4: 10pm today to bring me some supper as I was working and on a time limit for my supper hour.the drive thru was rude, my son told the guy twice a Big Mac and small fry. Your employee gave me a quarter pounder and small fry. I probably ended up paying for a Big Mac. I won't order from McDonald's again. Can not believe how it has gone down hill on seevice.

No mayo on my chix sandwich. No tartar sauce on my filet. Cold, soggy, fries. Always something wrong in the order. Worst McDonald's I've been to anywhere in the country, and I've been to a lot.

Workers nice but why have an Ap with deals if none of them work. Fix your mobile app as it is not worth the effort. IT Might work every other day and I'm not the only one the store itself says it's not working for everyone.

Usually ok, but was disappointed they were closed seeing how far we drove to get there when it said they were open till 11.
