McDonald's, Oskaloosa IA

Don't know what they served but it definitely was not human food. Cold and and tasteless!

I hated this place because of the gang stalking that I experienced while I stopped there to use the restroom.

I've gone here so many times before 10: 30, and they're always done serving breakfast. Who wants to eat a burger and fries at 10: 30? Your signs say breakfast until 11. You've made me waste multiple trips, just trying to get breakfast. Foods always bad quality. The was the last time Ill try to eat here.

Ill have mostly everything but i’ll always miss one thing on my order and it’s absolutely ridiculous.i came back again for a hot and spicy mcchicken and i was pulled into reserved and i took a bite it was rock hard, do better.

I drive to Ottumwa if I want McDonald's, and I live in Oskaloosa. I don't know if it's lazy management or incompetence, but Oskaloosa has possibly the worst McDonald's I've visited.

Our Double Cheeseburgers were thrown together sloppy. The cheese was hanging off the sides of hamburger. They were cold and looked old and tasted dry. French Fries were cold and looked to be leftover from the earlier lunch. We had a late lunch 2pm but, this is no excuse for this kind of food.

What a joke. Brand new store. Lobby closed and one drove thru lane open with traffic out to the street and all the drive thru waiting spots full. Not to mention staff can't get an order right to save their lives. Pathetic. Deserves 0 stars

They didn’ t get everything in my order as paid for. So, I returned the next morning for the corrections only to not receive that completed Oder accurately again! We get a new more expensive store only to get worse service?

Poor quality. No syrup for the pancakes or even butter. Thank you for living up to the Mc Donald's quality reputation of never and I stress never getting an order correct

Great Food and friendly service. The only complaint I have is that the LARGE fries have turned into a MEDIUM fries. It's like they aren't putting enough fries in to make it a large fries. Other than that it's a GREAT place with hardworking employees and the place is pretty clean.

Waited in line and ordered food, get up to pay and apparently their card machine is down. Made no mention of it when ordering and since I wasn't carrying cash could not pick up my order. What a lovely waste of time on my lunch break, and I'm still hungry!

Food poisoning, beware of the beef I think, had double burger and fries. Also I did notice the young lady cleaning the tables didn't clean all of the table 4,5, wipes, you could see where it wasn't cleaned and the rag was not clean enough it stunk after she wiped table next to me. I hardly ever eat here and will not again. Clean up your act.

Honestly kind of a hit or a miss. There are days where they just screw your order up and then there are days they don't. And you never which days they are gonna be. Food quality is what you expect from McDonald's

If I could give this “NEW” McDonalds 0 stars I would. Don’t ever mobile order after 10pm. Not only did the app take my points but on their end it didn’t go through and they refused to give me the sandwich for free like it should have been (because I used points). Then talked with the manager who refused to fix the problem and is rude to their staff. Absolutely disgusting.

Will never go back. Waited almost 30 minutes for are food. Wife went up and asked about are food and they said it must have got wiped off the computer screen. I ordered a big breakfast and my hot cakes were cold cakes and the rest of it was cold. They forgot my drink. I won't go here next time I'll go to Wendy's.

The staff was nice & helpful! The tables weren't being wiped off between visits but the drink station was clean & stocked. The food came out reasonably quickly & was hot as needed (fries) & cold as needed (ice cream).
