The double cheese burger was to salty and the fries were cold. Threw the whole meal in the garbage

Do NOT like that you must use the ultra slow kiosk to order. What a pain and it takes forever. Bring back a person at the counter please!

It is one of the best McDonald's locations I've ever been with an excellent customer service and exceptional positive attitude towards the customers. The front desk gall and managemen were just phenomenal.
My burger was just cooked right and delicious.
We passed by going to Nebraska, and we decided to stop for a quick bit, we ended up eating here. Thanks guys keep up the hard work.

Ol McDonald's. Triple your prices and then make me use a kiosk to order. But make sure we pay 2 people to stand there and watch us ordering off of it. P.o. S.

Gutters were pouring down so hard over the drive through that I was afraid for our car. The food was lousy.

Overall not too bad, prompt service, french fries were not all that good this visit, they usually are good most visits, of the 3 local locations this is our go to one

Where do I even begin? This was by far, hands down, the best meal I've ever had the pleasure of indulging within. This was life changing. Let me start out with the fries. Seasoned to perfection and not too hot, but not too cold either. The nuggets were golden, and the meat was all natural, no artificial flavoring or preservatives. The customer service was also very good - Second to none. I was greeted at the door by none other than Young Sheldon himself, and from there I was hit with the aura of the best scents you'll ever smell in your time on god's green planet we call earth. The workers, or should I say angels, took me into their arms and made me feel like one of their own as they immersesed me within the culture of this 5 star restaurant. A culture rooted in love, acceptance, compassion, and care. This was a blessing from God, a spiritual encounter and awakening. This truly changed my life. If you have never had the pleasure of going to a "McDonald's" you should give it as much time out of your day as you possibly can. I hadn't heard of this place before, but I'm ever so grateful that I discovered this place, and I'm even more exhilarated that I made the life changing decision to stop here.

I had a good experience here. The food was super fresh, and the fries were hot. I still think when the fries are this fresh, they beat out the competition. Also, it is a very good location.

All employees are extremely incompetent. Will rush you with making ur order then make it wrong very rude employees

If I wanted to experience a restaurant with employees being rude to me I would’ve chose dicks… not McDonald’s… it was distasteful. They also gave us a cold burrito and no picante sauce. I will never be eating here again and don’t recommend it for others

McDonald's food is pretty consistent from franchise to franchise. At this stop I ordered from the McDonald's app on my phone in the parking lot. By the time I visited the restroom and washed my hands, my order was ready.

Must use order kiosk. To each their own, but I don't work for McDonald's. Now I have to do half their job too? You can take the time to walk me through the process of how to use the kiosk, but not ring me up. Staff was great!

Can't order at counter, have to use stupid kiosk, but if paying with cash you pay at the counter.so stupid.

1 of 2 ice machines were broke and apparently they won't use trays for dine-in options.

Not a huge fan of the order screen. I like human interaction. The employees I did talk to were great.

I tried the new Mccrispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich and was disappointed. The buns on any of the chicken sandwiches are always burnt

This is one of cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to. For being a restaurant right off of a major interstate they were surprisingly fast. Staff was friendly and welcomed me in. No idea if I'll be in Iowa again anytime soon, but if I do I'm stopping here on my next road trip!

Good service and well cleaned lobby. Down fall was a semi red burger patty on the double quarter pounder, fries were perfect as always. Would definitely stop back.

Overall a decent all warm that was to be warm, my shake was phenomenal all was fresh, with good presentation all the way around. Customer service was a good experience and overall cleanliness was appreciated. After a long day we couldn't ask for better from a fast food restaurant. Kudos Mickey D's. Thanks!

My friend took my phone and prank called them in a little kids voice and they said they had my number and they could tell the police. Also every time we go through the drive-through there’s always at least one mess up in our order one time when I was trying to open my ranch there was a Ranch film basically on top and it exploded on my carpet. Also sometimes the workers there can be snotty/rude.
