McDonald's, Waterloo IA

For the third straight time going through your drive-thru I had to wait longer than I should have for my order to be wrong. I don't know how hard it is to put strawberry jam in the bag when it's requested. Honestly I think you pay employees too much for simple things like this to be constantly screwed up.

Well I can tell you this it took forever to get through the line if I could have backed out and got away from it I would have left my order there because it just seems to take too damn long and besides that

Last few times I've gone for supper the fries have been cooler and not tasted good. We only live a couple blocks away so not a long drive either. Friendly staff and fast to get through drive through in cf on main street.

This place has gone down hill so BAD. I get it. Everyone is human. But at what point will the workers actually care about their job and want to make sure they’re giving the best customer service! I have NOTHING but issues when I stop by to grab food for my kids. Since McDonald’s is their favorite restaurant. They don’t care to listen to you while ordering your food. That’s why orders are getting messed up every time. They’re rude. And it’s a hassle to get them to fix your order.

VERY annoyed.i've been sitting here for 20 mins waiting for 2 breakfasts sandwich's and 2 hashbrowns.i ordered online and drove here which is 7 mins away and i even sat in the parking lot for a few mins to give it time. 2 other cars have drove away because it took forever to get somebody to the speak at the drive thru.definitely ain't gonna be comin to this one again.

I had to wait for my food, and both the chicken sandwich and fries were cold. I had no idea why I had to wait for that.

Got there and the order screen was off got 3 bacon quarter pounders with cheese and they gave us double bacon instead the fries tasted like nothing no salt on them ordered a sprite slushy and they gave us 2 strawberry banana smoothies and it was $40

We've dined in and out and the service and wait is ridiculously long, with incorrect order and missing items. Even with a low amount of customers in front of you- your wait time could be 20-30 minutes and food barely warm! There service is unfriendly as well.

Please pay your employees better. Fast food is unhealthy so Its best to go to these places only once in a blue moon.

I having a conversation with someone else and the Manager being nosy asking what i said which was none of her business she just needs to worry about getting her Drive-thru orders out the window and mind her business

Hamburger was dry hardly any ketchup or mustard. Bun was dry. I all the McDonald's I have been this is the dirtiest on of all. Tables were not wiped off junk on floor. The grimace shake was the best part

6/9/2023- Went to Mc Donald’s w my partner- it was 12 am so granted I understand it’s an hour before closing. I pull up- get my first order- I can’t see real well at night so I asked the lady what was in the 2 for 6 meal she told me “whatever is on the screen” “we get a discount because we’re workers- I don’t do the bargain deals” I was a bit taken back by her attitude- I’ve never been to spoken to like that. I asked a simple question and she smoked to me like the scum of her shoe. I asked four 4 ten pieces- the first two no issue but I asked for two more- “so you want 40 nuggets? ” in a really nasty tone. I told her never mind and she began to backpedal and say she can do the nuggets but I really no longer wanted to speak to her. I’m young- I work in food service- I understand being stressed and closing - but never ever would I speak to someone the way she spoke to me. You’re a grown woman act like it.

This place has been going downhill exponentially over the last year or so. Which is hard to do, considering it's a McDonald's.

This McDonald’s has gone downhill so bad beware do not go there. Fries are chewy nuggets aren’t cooked all the way meat it’s always burnt clearly they don’t care all the McDonald’s in Waterloo are all the same including evansdale.
