Show up at 5: 15 and the lobby is closed and nobody at the drive through except for a guy pressure washing. Another time I showed up at 5: 30 and it took almost 15 minutes to get waited on.

Won't give enough saucers for chicken nuggets, then expect you to pay to have enough sauces to eat your food. Ridiculous

I asked a cashier to place ketchup and mayonnaise in a dish the same dish and he came back with mayonnaise packets and ketchup packets. I asked him if he misunderstood me I wanted them to be placed in like a lid or a cup so that I could dip my fries. He said he could not do that so I asked to speak to a manager the manager began to get loud with me and then proceeded on to make fun of me with other crew members. This guy was in a purple shirt and he started to insinuate that I was high, the reason I know this is because later on I can hear them joking amongst each other saying "oh I guess I'll come down now". I do suffer from ADHD clinically and I do have a doctor for that the way that I was being made fun of of course made me stay and be very paranoid and I felt very uncomfortable the atmosphere was very ugly I needed other McDonald's products and I was so upset that I ordered it online rather than went up to the counter and made my order I was sad that I felt alone I was actually waiting for my boyfriend to get off of work from Bossard and I just was very unhappy. But how can you complain to the manager when it was the manager that was making you uncomfortable.

Last night, we went through drive-thru on our way home. I ordered a new HOT pumpkin latte. They gave it to me in a clear plastic cup with a straw. As I was grabbing our other drinks, I told the lady this is burning me and should not be in a plastic cup. She looked at me like I was crazy
Then I said can I atl3ast have a coffee cup? By the time she handed me a coffee cup, the liquid was melting through the plastic, and it burned me to the point I have blisters on my hand, palm and wrist today. That is unacceptable! What if this would have been an elderly person or a child that had that in their hand. If you don't know what kind of cup it goes in, why are you working there? Or are they just not training properly?

SLOOOOWOWWWWEST MCDONALDS OF ALL TIME. 15 minutes to make ONE cheeseburger? Ridiculously unacceptable

Had to wait so long in the parking lot to get food that I had to leave so I could make it to work on time. 6 other cars behind me got their food before I left without food. Service was absolutely horrible and they charged me for the food they never delivered. GO ELSEWHERE.

The staff was quite rude, they wanted me to pay for an order that was not mine, they almost threw my food.

I frequent this location and the early early morning people aren't just friendly. The afternoon staff seems to be in much better moods and more likely to be pleasant.

Visited on 7/6/23 between 5: 10pm-5: 25pm. Nicest (most likely newest) of the 3 locations in CF.

Missed up order, out of orange juice $2.99 had to take soda. Lost money on order. Never go back

My friend and I ordered CURBSIDE for the reason as he is disabled and has mobility issues. Despite the lady who brought out his food being friendly she forgot the straws. As I am also disabled and had to move the car, he decided to just walk in to get straws which with his disabilities took him 10 minutes. 3 stars bc food was fresh.

Worst breakfast burritos around they don't make these fresh aka made to order at least mine never are they are dry hard and crumbly and cheese is brown I think they leave them out on counter all day and night

Took 45 min to get my food.made me late to get back to work and i didnt want to leave because i already paid for my food.very poor service.very unsatisfied and my drink was watered down and food was cold.

Food was fast, accurate and McDonald's. You all know what the food is like. It's fast food, but hit the spot.

I stopped by this place because I ordered food off of the app mind you I had already placed my order on the app all I had to do was give them my order number and go to the window to pay but it took them almost 5 minutes to even read me beginning then I pulled up to the window paid there was a big confusion because they didn't understand what I wanted I wanted it done it was simple it was a meal and a free Big Mac all that was they had to ask me a hundred questions and the lady was half – I had to pretty much screaming on the speaker in the Drive-Thru they were very slow I just took a long time for me to get from the order menu to the good windows no issues other than that

The order was accurate, and the order placing experience went as expected. The app didn't work, so we went inside to order. The place was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. It was a good experience.
