McDonald's, Eldridge IA

Deive thru 1028a, asked for lunch. Was told breakfast only. Not sure how they get lunch ready at 1030. We would've waited.

Walked in and stood without being greeted for 10 minutes. Finally used the automated kiosk and waited 10 more minutes before being served. Drink cups, which were ordered, had to be requested. The ketchup machine went dry on the second pump, and the taste of it was awful. This restaurant clearly has never had a dine in customer before. 0/10 won’t return.

ALWAYS missing something from this location. Literally never fails and I now have to check my bag EVERY time bc they mess it up EVERY time!

Bacon Jalepeno burger, zowie kapowie, really good, I had no salt on french fries and a strawberry shake. Grandson had the 6 piece mcnuggets

Very good experience, small area passing through, restaurant was clean and staff got our orders correct and timely.

It's definitely McDonald's, not so friendly every day McDonald's. Staff don't actually listen to orders, or at least they do but still don't order it properly. Staff definitely don't look like they want or act like they need their jobs. Which I'm sure they don't because I wouldn't want to work there either. But I'm sure they get lots of reminders and practice with all the food they have to remake because of their lack of listening or lack of care. I know everytime I end up here and they mess it up. They'll fix it and it's not like I've got a ridiculous order either just triple cheese plain no salt. How you mess that up I don't know but most McDonald's stores have the same issue with my order. So at the very least, they aren't alone.

Stopped by while traveling to our next campground. We found the burgers uncommonly salty at this location. All in our group agreed that the burgers were saltier than the fries.

Legitimately the best mcdonalds I have ever gone to.very smooth operation, our family of 8 got our food in like 3 minutes

We were in 5/22 around 6pm. Every employee we interacted with was so friendly. The food was super fresh, and the order accurate. Great job to them! (We always love this McDonald’s, but last night definitely deserved 5 stars!)

I think the majority of the kids that work the windows in the evening do not care. I think a lazy attitude when dealing with the public should not be working in public. Please look at the people you have working windows. I will not be returning.

Nice little McDonald's. Service is good. People are nice. Dinning room is a little small but not many people inside. It's great that a small community like Eldridge has a McDonald's.

Staff was nice but food was terrible. Cold sandwich and milkshake was the consistency of chocolate milk and not frozen

Normally this place is pretty good. There were different people running it over the weekend. They were snotty. I understand being under-staffed but that cannot ALWAYS be the excuse. Especially for not being nice and talking about the customers after they leave the counter. That's just rude.
If you get the regular staff, kudos to them. Always nice and understanding and helpful. They would get 5 stars.

Very unclean tables and chairs are dirty and have salt footprints on them the trash cans have moldy food and garbage under them the bathroom is nasty. Customer service is horrible and the employees are rude had to wait 10 minutes to get a drink cup any other McDonald's we have went to is clean and they are friendly and service is great. The employees at Eldridge act like they don't want to be there and show it.

They always mess up my order. I mean how hard is it to make a double cheese burger PLAIN? Happens everytime

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and got it with no sausage on it, ordered hash browns and didn’t get them so went back in and stood there for what felt like forever, no one seemed to want to help much (also when you talk about customers people can hear it just an fyi)
