McDonald's, Des Moines IA

I was in the lobby placing an order and the manager Marisol just picks up her phone and starts talking on it. I had to wait about 2 whole minutes until she was finished talking, to finish placing my order. She was rude and this isn’t the first time. Please show that lady how to properly handle a custom!

The McDonald's in the Drake area their service sucks the managers and some of the employees are very disrespectful they bag up people's food with no gloves on don't wash their hands are they playing with their face mask or touching their hair now don't wash their hands after doing all that and then they want to bag your food

It's 3am and the staff are very respectful and got my order done both done quickly and correctly i recommend this place above all other McDonald's

McDomald's @ Drake Univèrsity-long established-very clean/organized. Excellent for area youth to begin working careers. Currently, only drive-thru due to virus.

It was awful tonight. My Burger was cold. I had to go back because part of our order wasn't in the bag. I'm not a happy camper.

Definitely one of the better McDonalds in town, at least in the drive through. One of the quickest drive through service of all the Micky Ds.

This McDonald's is pretty good in particular. It's certainly nicer than some of the other locations I've been to. However I did have a bad experience in the drive through last time. I was told to please wait. After 7 minutes of waiting i backed out of line and went inside and was served immediately. Makes a lot of sense. Not really.

Elijah was so kind and patient as we struggled to get our toddlers to order. His kindness, the clean & contemporary inside and fresh goodwill keep us coming back!

Just visited this location we had to sit at the telecom and wait for someone to answer after we reapeatedly said hello. After we were given our order and drove off we realized that we were not given our full order of nuggets. We live 40 min away and couldnt go back and the line was busy for 40 min when I repeatedly tried calling. This was the worst service and experience ever will not be returning.

Came in on the 31st and waited over 45 minutes for food. Forgot one of our drinks. Husband ordered a mushroom swiss burger. He got his order and they didnt even put mushrooms on it. I ordered a big mac and all it had on it was lettace and the burger. Pop machine was screwed up so I asked to get them filled in the back. They handed me my husbands and totally forgot mine. Wont be coming back to this McDonalds.

Avoid this place! The chicken tenders tasted like cardboard and the drive thru service was very very s-l-o-w!

Really bad. I was waiting for my food for 30 minutes multiple times. One time they forgot half the order and didn't make sure we got our meal. Super slow and not effective.

The cashier yelled “WE BOUT TO CLOSE THATS ALL YOU GET”. At 2: 15 AM for a 24 hour location. Just rude.

Drive thru order placed at 12: 15am (1 McChicken, 1 Dbl cheeseburger, 2 small fries and 2 cinnamelts, not heated up) recieved food at drive-thru at 12: 47am. At least it was correct) b hut, shaking my damn head!

Went to this mcdonalds between 4-5 am and the service was horrible. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a sundae, a quarter pounder with no onions and spent over 15$. Literally waited in the drive thru 20 minutes before receiving food. No apology or explanation, just asked if we wanted a drink carrier. No receipt given and the quarter pounder came with only honey mustard on it! This location is the worst.

Always seems to forget something. One time they just gave me the burger and the bun.that’s it. I didn’t ask for anything special to confuse them. Ice cream machine is down every day that starts with a T or an S or M or F

Greatly placed in the drake area with the team members who go out their way to make sure orders and customers are happy great job to the entire crew

Great in the morning. Good during the day. Sad at night. I've waited 20 minutes in the drive thru on multiple occasions just waiting and being told theudt be right with me. Going in ends up being faster although half the time at night items are missing. Any other time a great experience!

Awesome Service! Derek Cosner is very friendly and makes sure your food is fresh, hot and fast! Good job! Love going there!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to 90% of my trips they forget some of my order or make it wrong. Tonight I sat in the drive through for 35 minutes waiting on a small order.
