Typically McDonalds. I did enjoy a shamrock shake. Too bad these are only seasonally available.

Wrong sandwich, forgot our sauce, rude service. Already was having a rough day and just wanted dinner. Won’t go back.

This place is horrible! I found hairs in my food and when I called about it, the manger, whom is named Katie, was very rude about it. She even went as far as hanging up the phone on me. Will never be eating there again, and will be calling the health department to complain. My kids and I also heard that they have cockroaches in the drinking machines, a overall horrible place and an even more horrible experience.

No matter how many times you correct them and say SWEET TEA, you’ll either get watered down cola or regular tea.absolute trash service

Last 3 visits had order screwed up. Won't be back until current crew is better trained or replaced.

Stood in line waiting to get my order taken for 5 min, other people couldn't get there orders cause they didn't have it. This place has Totally gone down hill in the last year. We left and went to burger King

The playground was the grossest thing I’ve ever been to. I have never seen so much hair and dirt everywhere.
They also have the slowest service and have been know to close early even when there hours are posted.

The whole place was filthy. Had an electrical issue. Fries tasted day old. Burger was dry. Only one staff member even halfway knew what she was doing. We will never go there again.

This place needs to be shut down. Dirty packages on the countertops where food is served. No one appears to want to work there. It's just dilapidated and needs to be razed. Go anywhere else. I did.

Lobby was closed at 3: 30pm and the four cars in the drive thru didn't move for 20 minutes. Poor staffing and service.

Let the other lane go ahead of me, aftet 3 cars I pulled ahead. Had to give order at the window, Let me made me pull ahead and wait for my food again, no straw, wrong sauce. Took 30 min: (

The night manager didn't know how to get his people to work together. He also let a customer cuss out one of his kitchen employees. The girl running the register wasn't trained the right way, she didn't have any clue how to key in a specialty order for burgers. Turned what should have been no more than a half hour visit into almost an hour and a half. Was not impressed.

Service was terribly slow food was cold while waiting for the rest of the food to be done. From order to food in hand 30 mins!

Service so slow. Food not right. Staff act like they don't care. Saw manager with pony tail and glasses argue with a customer. Drive thru female worker then said "why don't you come back here and make it yourself" as guy was leaving. Just passing thru Cedar Rapids but will never stop there again.ever. If you reading this and haven't stopped yet, keep on driving.

This location is consistent in its service and quality of food. The staff is always cordial and the service is quick and efficient.

This particular McDonalds needs to be more organized and people need to be trained better because there's multiple mistakes. I know they are trying to understand that but I don't blame the workers, I blame the managers.

There at 7 AM not cooking yet. Waited about 10 minutes and then they would take an order for cooked food. Service is slow.
