My service advisor was a guy named Donthre. He was excellent. He did everything he said would happen when I dropped off my truck and the follow up was spot on. It took the service tech some time to diagnose the problem but they got it solved. Overall a very positive experience.

I booked an appointment for a cooling oil leak. They did a while diagnostic and said nothing was wrong. I was topping up 150 ml of coolant for every 2 days and the leak is visible. Again I said about the leak and then they did the diagnosis and came up with $1675 estimate with 10 hours of labour. From this, I learned that they did nothing and just lying. Never ever gonna visit here again.

I found the best deal in eastern Iowa on my GMC Sierra online. Great Dealership to work with starting with the Sales People to Finance thru the GM. I would buy from these folks again.

We made an appointment, the team explained how their repair process worked, they diagnosed the problem, provided a price for the repairs, we agreed and we picked up the car which was repaired, washed and ready to go when they said it would be. That’s all we asked for and we got it. They meet our expectations.

Great service! The techs there are amazing and the parts department is also exemplary. I have an older, high mileage vehicle that needed the head gaskets replaced. The advisors were attentive and communicated well during the entire process. I thought I knew exactly what I needed, but the tech made a wise recommendation that saved me a lot of trouble before disassembling the engine. I dread taking my car anywhere to get it worked on because I usually find little things wrong afterwards like broken/missing clips, spilled fluids, or misrouted wires. Not so this time. My vehicle came back perfect with everything where it should be even though it's a 2007 model. I could tell the tech knew what they were doing and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. I was extremely satisfied with my experience here overall.
