Was very pleased with swayde and the rest of the team who helped me get into a newer truck, went in to look at one and they introduced me to another truck that I really liked and ended up in a truck that suited our family’s needs better. Thank you guys!

Jacob was very helpful in getting me into my next vehicle. And when he was not available, Tyler stepped in and was top notch as well!

Everyone was really pleasant, kind, and informative. After some glitches due communications problems on our end, they generously compensated us for the delay and we are very happy with our new EUV.

Not the greatest place to purchase a vehicle. There were some issues with my purchase that I was not happy about. It took several interactions to get things straightened out. Eventually it all got resolved, but it was stressful to deal with them on it.

This happened in October of 2022 and lasted for about month and ended up involving 3 different automobiles in total. I went there to purchase a car from their used lot, something AWD and settled on an Infiniti Q50S, car had some scratches and needed to be washed, but was still quite nice, however once I finally washed it I realized that the “dirt” mark on the windshield was actually a massive gouge within the glass. I brought the car back, tried to get back into what I traded in, which I got absolutely low balled on, but I accepted the offer so that’s on me. The sales manager, or who I believe was the sales manager was very aggressive in the fact that that was simply impossible and I made this choice and was going to have to live with it, they did offer to replace the windshield, which they did. However the other issue that I later had was the a whistling sound which I brought back to their service department 3 separate times over 2 weeks to deal with, the first time the car sat there over the weekend and nothing was looked at, saying they couldn’t replicate the noise, the second time, the car was there for another 3 days and was for some reason sent to a Honda dealer even though Honda and Infiniti’s only similarity is that they are both Japanese brands, I was also told nothing was wrong again this time, and again as a I pulled out of service, I was able to still hear the noise, I did a quick u-turn and brought it right back, a tech rode with me and heard the noise. It turns out that during their “inspection” they do while bringing in a new car, one of their mechanics installed the brake rotor incorrectly causing it to cause excess wear on the pad, rotor and tire. They offered to fix the rotor but not the pad or tire, and said it would be out of pocket on my end, locking at the cost of said tire, it was around $500 per tire because it was a run flat. I was not willing to pay this amount out of pocket for their mistake, the other sale managers actually helped me quite a lot and tried to help remedy the situation after I said while I was upset, was willing to forgive all this and get a different car, they “bought me out” of this one, giving me the amount of the car pretax and pre additional fees as a trade in, so I ended up eating a few grand and ended up having to out an additional $2,000 of my own pocket for this other car which I was not aware of until I was in finance. Unhappy, but ready for this to be over I agreed, paid and was then told I couldn’t take this Alfa Romeo Stelvio home because it’s title was still on the way, I was given a loaner, and for the next 3 weeks sat there and was constantly told it was on the way. Turns out it was lost, and I’d have to request a new title which could take another 5-6 weeks from the state of Illinois, they took the car in at their Dubuque store without a title from out of state. The bought me out of this car as well, and tried to help me into another SUV. This one actually had a title and seemed to be perfect. Everything was fine for a bit until I took it in for service at this cars original dealer in Iowa City where the service advisor alerted me to the fact that this “clean title” car, had been in a collision at some point. He took me under the car and it’s front bumper was covered in bondo. Once I was aware of this we set the car down, and realized there was orange peeling all over the bumper and panel misalignment as well. I alerted McGrath to this and the best they came up with was we didn’t know… which if this car was inspected prior, I have a hard time believing. This is the classic used car salesman archetype at this dealer. I have recently worked with their VW dealer and they are leagues and miles better. The only McGrath dealer I would consider doing any sort of business with again.

My husband drives truck, so we needed to be able to get everything done via email/text before my husband would set foot in the dealership. Dustin Austin went above and beyond to meet all our needs when buying our new Jeep. We were able to come to a mutually fair deal, and he communicated with me through the whole deal. And when it came time to go into the dealership to sign, everything was done as promised. I look forward to dealing with Dustin, and the whole McGrath team again in the future!

I would never go to them. Expected to purchase a vehicle, then was told same vehicle was sold to someone else. Terrible customer service. Would give zero stars if I could.

Ryan Bruce was a great help to me in the purchase of my car. His answers to my questions were thorough and professional. He even arranged to store the car after the purchase to keep it safe until I could come to drive it home. A real pro.

It goes without saying that we can all be somewhat reluctant to get work done at a dealership. HOWEVER: my experience was exemplary and the repairs needed were done to expectation with no complications or complaints.

I purchased a new Corvette from JB. JB was very helpful in answering all of my questions and keeping me informed of my order. I would certainly buy another car from JB given the chance.

I was very surprised how much getting an oil change costs now! The last time I bought the 3 oil change package it cost $149, this time was $301. I’m thinking about looking for a different place to get my oil changed.
