This was the 3rd bike I purchased at McGrath and it was a great experience. John from sales was awesome to work with as was the sales manager, service and parts department and the paperwork was a breeze. I live less than 10 miles from an Indian dealer in my area but choose to drive 1.5 hours to McGrath. I will do more business with them in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

I ordered a gasket for my motorcycle almost 3 weeks ago. Today I called in and spoke with Mike. Who claimed to be a manager over the parts department? And he told me that I should have received the call weeks ago. It is Currently riding season and I needed that gasket as soon as I could get it. But never got a call to say that it was there. Me and the boys will take our business elsewhere From this day forward

Really would wish that what ever is the cause of the "ships horn blowing" that either warn folks or don't do it.

I picked out a beautiful Indian Scout Bobber Twenty earlier this summer with the help of Blake. Had a great time and some laughs working with Blake and talking about bikes in general. He was very transparent throughout the whole process and we were able to negotiate pricing to a point that I was satisfied with. I'm loving every minute with the new bike and I recommend working with them.

While shopping with my boyfriend for a new motorcycle John S.was such a huge help. Definitely was very patient with us and it was so refreshing to have a salesman who seems to really care for the customer. Mike and Nick were also big helps when we needed the handle bars adjusted for a test ride. Although we walked out today without a bike, the service we experienced today was by far some of the best we have found.

Just bought a 2016 Harley Davidson Roadster from McGrath. Ethan and John are top notch guys to go see for all or your power sport needs. They were very helpful. Ethan even held my 4 year olds hand while I took the bike for a ride! What a great group, made us feel very welcome and did everything possible to get the deal done.

I found my perfect motorcycle, a 2021 Yamaha MT-09 with only 756 miles, at McGrath Powersports. I found the ad for the motorcycle on the internet and got in contact with Ethan at McGrath Powersports right away. Within a matter of days, I decided to drive 4+ hours from North Western, IN to Cedar Rapids, IA to pickup the bike. It looked even better in person and had a good amount of tasteful accessories added by the previous owner. It was love at first sight.
Ethan helped me figure out everything and let me go on a little test ride while him and Woody took care of the paperwork. While the paperwork was being processed, I got to check out the awesome shiny new bikes they have for sale on the floor.
Ethan and Woody did their best to finish the paperwork as soon as possible and I was able to ride back my new motorcycle home. With the traffic, and stops to get gas, my ride back home took about 5.5 hours which was 318 miles. It was something. I was able to get a good feel of the bike on the very first day. Didn't run into any issues. Based on my past experiences with Yamaha, I had no doubts about the reliability of Yamaha. The bike is amazing. I enjoyed every bit of riding the bike.

We have purchased our side by side and got our sons dirt bike from here along with a complete set of riding gear for him. When we were there everyone was very nice and helpful. Great with kids! Came today and bought another dirt bike for our son and had a great experience!
