5Rented JB McHose shelter. Has stove, fridge, and plenty of electrical outlets for potlucks and parties. Great rate and clean facility to use with kids park with play equipment not far away. Picnic tables all around outside and tables and chairs inside.
Well taken care of beautiful park with lots of places for kids and adults to go and hike or just hangout. Lots of trash and broken tree branches in the road.
Great park for exploring. It has a little of everything: trails, walking path, pool, tennis courts, dog park, disc golf, shelters for family gatherings.
Good little softball Field l. Only con is homeruns you have to scream at the people in the tennis courts that are just past the fence.
It's the only place in Boone besides the ledges that I enjoy going and getting away from town to breathe, think and enjoy the peace and quiet while enjoying the scenery. I also love that every time I come here which is often I see a lot of deer and I get to enjoy myself watching them close
