We generally stop in the park in the late afternoon every day and enjoy the view, the peace and serenity.

What a wonderful little campground! Mature trees, plenty of space to maneuver, a clean dump site, water to fill up on site, a clean dump station. A perfect little place to camp. Also super cheap, like back in the 90s.

Camped over the 4th of July, nice campground, great campground hosts and the cleanest restrooms and showers in the state. We will be back!

The Camp Hosts were exceptional super friendly! We came in late and did not have a place reserved they had a spot and helped get us set up. It is close to Clear Lake and shopping. We will for sure be back!

This is hands down one of the BEST state parks and campgrounds I have ever been to. The restrooms Immaculately clean and maintained and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and will do anything they can to make your visit more enjoyable. They are really doing a great job in Clear Lake and Cerro Gordo county.

Great for picnics or for launching your boat to go fishing or water skiing.

I stopped by here to check out the boardwalk and bird blind. This place is really cool, and I definitely want to come back during migration. There are all kinds of cool hiking trails and fishing spots, plenty of picnic areas too. Beautiful flora and fauna.
