McMullen Ford reviews
16Maybe their service department is better but their sales team is garbage. They can't read emails, don't read questions in chat, can't run their phone system, and seem completely uninterested in selling vehicles which is quite concerning considering their occupations. It shouldn't be this difficult just to find out if a vehicle is still on the lot. It's a yes or no question!
These guys really cam through. My Diesel ford had a major engine malfunction. They got the parts and repaired my truck in excellent time. I will highly recommend them
From beginning to end of our new Bronco purchase, McMullen Ford made us feel like part of the family. Couldn't be happier!
In my opinion and experience this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Extremely dishonest and sneaky. Never would I recommend them to anyone! Would definitely discourage anyone from buying here.
This dealership has a really bad service especially this guy name Daryl Watson I have a really bad experience with this guy.
Man, if you're not giving McMullen Ford an opportunity, you should be. They have the best people working for them
I did not have an appointment, but once I got 2011 Escape started, I drove to McMullen Ford to get the battery replaced. I only use McMullen for my cars service needs.
I have had nothing but the best customer service. It was superior when I bought my vehicle and continues with the service department. So much so that we have moved the service of my husband’s truck there too!
Took a vehicle in do have tune up 2013 Ford F150 platinum $4000 later repairs made that we're not Authorized Also had my truck for almost 2 weeks after picking up the truck the second time damage to the left driver's side door in excess of a $1000. All they offered me was touch up paint. Wanted to know why obd port was not working asked him to check fuse was told they don't work for free, wanted 159.00 per hour to chase wires again. I went home replaced fuse for 3.00 now everything works. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Took advantage of senior citizens. Never going back again am contacting lawyer
Thank you to McMullen Ford service! My family was on a road trip across the country when a seal blew on my rear differential. Someone in Omaha recommended McMullen Ford.
McMullen Ford squeezed my truck in and got us going again by 2 pm, and I got the rear tires replaced while I was at it. They pointed out a couple of things that will need servicing soon, but knew we were all anxious to resume our trip and said we could get that done at our next big stopping point. They could have oversold the issue and made a thousand more bucks, but they didn’t - and now we are barely put off our itinerary. THANK YOU for everything you do for travelers passing through Omaha/Council Bluffs!
I got stranded in Council Bluffs on my way west with my antique F350 and camper, and was towed to McMullen Ford on Thursday late afternoon. They had a place to park my camper where I could stay in it.
At first, I was told it would be the middle of the next week before they could get to me, but to my surprise, Jerry (and probably others) worked to get the problem diagnosed and repaired. I was back on the road by 6PM Friday. I am a retired widow lady traveling alone, 700 miles from home, so I really appreciated the extra effort. Thank you and God bless! PS, the truck is running fine.
The Service I received from McMullen Ford is the best! I have bought and serviced my vehicles here for years. I recommend this Friendly, knowledgeable and trusted group.
FYI … get a carfax before buying any used vehicle from McMullen. I was told the vehicle was traded in by a repeat customer who traded for a new auto every 18-24 months. Turns out my vehicle was in a serious front end accident (per carfax) and that McMullen had it for a year before a slick salesman sold me on his less than honest story about the vehicle. A couple friends had told me that McMullen was fair and honest. That is not even close to what I experienced. Just be careful dealing with them and do your own investigation. You can’t trust anything they tell you. Don’t get burned like yours truly.
Worst dealership in the metro area. Vehicle they sold me has had nothing but problems. Service is terrible. Took my vehicle there for my premium warranty work. 7 times I told them that there is something wrong when I shift (loud clunking noise). 7 times they told me it was nothing. This happened over the span of a year! Took it to Woodhouse. 30 minutes it took them to discover that my motor mounts were broken and that feeling and clunking when I shifted is my entire motor moving! McMullen “fixed” my car after I was rear-ended. Did a terrible job! My lift gate is still leaking water and my exhaust had to be redone because they did such a terrible job welding that my exhaust was leaking and coming into the cabin. My husband and I literally had to have a meeting with the service manager to physically show him the bad work and issues with the car because they kept telling me that there was nothing wrong! Never again will I purchase or take a vehicle to this dealership. Absolutely awful. Go to Woodhouse, they do an amazing job.
My Bronco has a recall. Showed up for what I was told was recall service back in April. Instead was than told it was to get my VIN number for the recall and instead was told I’d be put on a list. Very poor customer service that you never informed me ahead of time, I could have done that before or after work. And now I’m still waiting for service. Not even an update call.
I had my F350 in the body shop for damage I occurred by running over a rock. My insurance company ordered, not one but two front axles to replace the one I damaged. Both axles were worse than mine. They refused to put the axles in my truck and they just fixed the one I had upon my request. They also did excellent work on the rest of the repairs. I am so grateful the technician was smart enough to reject the incoming parts.
