Meadow Chase Apartments, West Des Moines IA

Had a 1-year lease with Meadow Chase and was very satisfied - The apartments are spacious though the layouts are a little unusual (but not detrimentally so). Very affordable rent at the time I lived there (2021-2022). Very quiet neighborhood and very quiet neighbors as well. Cami is a lovely property manager and incredible nice to talk to.

Giving Cami 10 stars if I could! Cami is truly the best manager I have ever encountered during the years I’ve rented. She is personable, pleasant, answers your questions or issues in a very timely manner. Cami is a very active and involved manager, is ever so welcoming. She never hesitates to get things done and welcome you with open arms! Maintenance, Craig, also would give him 10 stars for being pleasant, timely and personable! Meadow Chase apartments are clean, rules in place for all the right reasons and it’s HOME! Thank you Cami and Craig for all you do, it’s greatly appreciated!

I lived here for 2 years and lived the location- easy access to the interstate and stores. Cami, the property manager, was always helpful and kind. I knew if I needed anything or had a question, Cami would take care of it!

I'm trying to get in contact with someone above the current management. I just went to the office and the current manager has locked the doors and wont answer the phone, she is currently sitting inside the office. I even left a voicemail. We moved out the 30th and are having some issues after the fact.

I've lived here for a year and I love it so much, we're renewing our contract. The apartments are affordable, clean, and well maintained.management is doing a very good job and Cami does her best to accomodate you. I like that these apartments have their own private entry, no stuffy hallways to get to your door. It has a very peaceful environment. Neighbors are friendly but nobody gets in your business. I can call it home, here.

I recently moved from out of state, solo, and did not get a chance to see the property in person. Through the entire process, Cami the manager was so thorough, detailed, kind, and helpful. She answered every one of my relentless questions via email. She even brought in my packages that were sent earlier than expected inside the apartment!

Craig, the maintenance person, is kind, patient, and gets the work orders done promptly! When I arrived after travailing through 6 states, I could not back up my trailer, and he not only backed it up, but parked it adjacent to my apartment for me. I have never encountered this type of kindness in the previous state I had lived in, for 25 years.

It is a small property, but I have never had such a caring manager as Cami, in all my rental experience. Not only does she go out her way to help, but makes sure everything is smooth.

The property is beautiful, even though it is older, it is solidly built and I do not hear my neighbors at all! The upgrade was nice and the garage is huge! It is nestled in a nice mature neighborhood filled with families and the noise level is low. Shopping is within a 8 mile vicinity and there are many bike/walking trails and parks close by! It reminds me of the east coast with the rolling hills and abundance of deciduous trees. Everyone is "Iowa nice" here, such a change from the hustle and bustle of a big metropolitan city.

If you have a family and want to live in a safe area, this is definitely the place to be! This property is run smoothly, the tenants are nice and caring, it is clean and well maintained, and they even have a dog park.

Have lived here for several years and love the place and area! Very quiet and friendly neighborhood and accommodations such as making sure all residents have parking space to the wonderful walking path and parks close by!

Besides being terriblely unkept the property manager seems to handle her job based on emotions.

I’ve lived at Meadow Chase Apartments for 2 years and just signed up for another year! Our Manager Cami does such a great job communicating information to us. She implemented many positive upgrades for our community. She always takes time to address any questions or concerns we may have. Most of all she really cares about us! Craig is our Maintenance Supervisor. He does an amazing job for us. If there are issues that come up in our units, he quickly and competently resolves them. AND he’s super nice! We are located in a neighborhood setting with a lot of trees and places to walk. The walking/biking path is nearby, too. We’re close to shopping and the interstate. There’s also a dog park! My dog really enjoys going there and visiting with his dog friends. I recommend Meadow Chase Apartments and Townhomes to everyone!

I have lived here for 6 years and it has been a joy! It’s quiet and well kept and Tammi is a great manager! She will inform all tenants over and over when any changes are made and Craig who does maintenance is very timely and can fix anything.it’s a great place to live! I give it 10!

I love living here moved a year ago and it’s been nothing but great. At first we had issues with the parking spots because people would have friends over and residents would not have spots to park when they get home from work. But they enforce the ticket On your windshield and you have to have it to park in front of the residence. Since then I have not had no problems it is awesome. The management is great they listen and they make sure the residents are taken care of. Camy is the best manager I ever dealed with. Maintenance crew is awesome! Every time they come to my house with a big smile on their face and always make sure the problem is solved before they leave the best crew ever. I would recommend anybody who’s looking for the place to come and check it out it’s worth it. This is my home and I will be staying here for a while. Thank you Mr. Chase crew for taking care of your residence the way they supposed to be taken care of. I appreciate all hard work you guys do!

Wife and I have lived here for just over 3 years now. We've really enjoyed it. The apartments are spacious and walls thick. Dog park is well maintained!

Meadow Chase has been a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and have great storage. We love the location because they are set off the main busy roads. You can hear the freeway, but for the most part they are quiet. The complex is behind family neighborhoods with great walking paths and trails near by. The management has always been helpful and very professional. There is a dog park close and they keep the property very clean. Definitely worth taking a look to see if living here would be right for you.

Cami goes above and beyond for the residents at Meadow Chase. Great location and amenities.

Visits a family member here and after 45 minutes went to leave and they had my car towed. One sign about towing but don’t have a guest parking. I’d never rent here. Hope your renter don’t have friends or family cause they’ll get towed too. Make visit spot and put towing sign up. Very inconvenient at 7pm.

This complex takes great pride in keeping their property & apartments clean and up keeping everything. It is also the first place I’ve rented out of many that actually care about their tenants. They like to do fun events and plans for their tenants, any maintenance issue is resolved in a very timely manner, they have a spot for dogs to play & it’s in a nice hidden area behind a residential neighborhood. Because they want to make sure their paying tenants have available parking at all times, they provide a sticker & if you are a visitor they educate every new tenant where visitors may park. On the street right next to any complex is open for visitors, & every entry way has a sign that states you will be towed otherwise. I’ve seen a complaint about this, but this is actually to keep the tenants happy who would otherwise complain if their was no available parking in the lots when there’s many visitors. There is fair warning and also the tenants responsibility to notify their visitors where to park. If above all that you fail to park correctly and get towed, that’s on you and complaining about something that is your fault shows your level of maturity. Anyway, this place is quiet, had great scenery and also love that you get your own washer and dryer. There’s not much better than here!

They have no visitor parking and they have a towing company that patrils the lot. I was there visiting a family member and my car was towed within 30 minutes of being there. They also do not give temporary parking passes to their tennats to give to their visitors. This company just wants to charge you high rent with no decency.
