My scripts have been forgotten either by not getting them ordered from your delivery service or transferred from other pharmacy. Scripts have been in the "queue " and forgotten as well. More than once I've had to go without a medication until received by the next day.
If they weren't so overwhelming busy and had enough personnel for the amount of business it wouldn't get bottlenecked for errors.
