New Madison Ave store: A really nice store and staff! I usually shop at Lowe’s but have noticed the the prices at Menard’s are lower. Even though the parking lot was full, the store offered plenty of space to roam. Definitely stop here and shop!

As a business owner, this Menards will do nothing to help you. Several special orders have been wrong or misplaced in my time dealing with them. Latest was I received an email stating a product I ordered was in. Drove an hour to get the product to spend 2 hours and no product. They refused to deliver the piece and never offered anything for my time or inconvenience not to mention a crew and home that was waiting on this part. The days of customer service are over and excuses is all you will receive. As a contractor use one of the more dedicated stores. New bright shiny store same lame customer service. I am done dealing with them. As you can tell from the cut and paste replies to other customers they really do not care.

I've been dealing with the Menards here for several years. They have now open another store on the interstate that is 10 times bigger than anything I've seen at a Menards before.

Prices are climbing fast here.

This guy needs to get fired at the gate he has no idea how to do his job and is disrespectful what a poor human to represent a big franchise

Wow! What a refreshing change from the other big box stores! Great customer service! Appliances in-stock and ready for next-day delivery! Really positive experience!

Unfortunately I have to buy large lumber purchases from Menards. Home Depot doesn't have it, can't get it. Lowes is tough on delivery for my location. Menards in CB is supposed to be number 2 in the country for service or quality. If that were at all accurate we are soon to be a third world society.

They have a lot of good products and great prices! Lots of people to help you with what you're after!

Customer service is highly qualified employees and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. There usually there's pretty good parking but limited handicap parking spots but all in all they have a lot of employees that can help and all the various departments. And menards is getting ready to shut the lake manual one down and open up a better 1. Over off the West Madison street exit. That's going to be 3 times bigger and a lot more products. Probably even cheaper priced so highly recommend menards for all your building painting. And household repair and business repair You might need to have done or purchasing household items and tools.

Had an order scheduled for Monday. Placed order on Thursday for almost 4 thousand dollars. The delivery took it upon himself to deliver my materials on a Saturday morning at 6 am. Now typically thibwould not be a problem. But this particular job is 1.5 hours from me. And we had scheduled storms all weekend. Hence why I scheduled it for the following Monday. Fast foward to Saturday morning around 8vwhen my house wakes up. I see he sent me a text saying my material was delivered at 6 am. So i then called menards and gave them two options pick my material back up or refund my delivery fee and I will drive for 3 hours to get my material that will get ruined byvthe storms. I used my menards card and debit card to make purchases. So I stated please put the fee back on my debit card to compensate for the gas I have now wasted because u chose to deliver my materials at the wrong day. So he put it on my menards card so I went to the store and asked him. He literally said I wqs a liar and it's on my menards account. Pretty much pushed me out of the store and told me I was wrong and a liar. I am a contractor and send thousands here. We'll time to get a different supplier. Tom the general Manager

Great people from each department to the GM, prices are fair and carry a lot more stuff that the other 2 competitors. Most products sold are if good quality!

The people at Menard very helpful, there prices are very competitive, better than Walmart supercenter and they help you find what you need, very good place to shop at.

Customer service has really gone downhill. Associates in the store barely make eye contact with customers. Cashier's do not speak to you. They never say thank you! I generally shop at Menards for personal & business because of the rebates but that has gone downhill as well. Hope the new mega store has it together for customer service before opening since it will be further away from me. I will travel out of my way for great Customer service experience. And if not, Home Depot it is.
