Mercedes-Benz of Des Moines reviews
28Worst employee samir! Do not even waste your time coming here.i came to get an oil change and i was sitting waiting on my car to finish up, an employee comes up to a girl asking if i’m harassing here witch embarrassed me i wasn’t even talking to her.do not come here if any needs.
Midhat was on top of it. Being I’m in Texas for another ten days, he did everything he could, pics, videos etc, and I got the car I wanted. I will always do business with them.
We were greeted by Brahim upon arrived and we were immediately made to feel relaxed and welcome. Brahim was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we came to look at. The entire buying experience was relaxed and without the hard sales close. Our time in the business office was also very streamlined and a welcome change from some of the other dealerships we have bought from. I highly recommend this dealership
We were there buying a inexpensive used vehicle. Midhat Efendic was very pleasant to work with, we got a great deal and I highly recommend him to be your dealer.
Got an excellent deal on a vehicle that i was looking for. Midhat was very nice and wasnt pushy. I recommend you get him as your car sales man. Accommodated us very well.
Very rude, keep bothering us while we’re getting our oil changed.
Also goes up to people and asks if we’re harassing people when we aren’t even talking to them, and the people they’ve asked are confused cause they even know we aren’t doing anything wrong.
Got a 2015 C300 in November with around 67,000 miles on it. We've since put about 5,000 miles on it. Took it in yesterday for an oil change and got a call that the transmission filter and fluid is 10,000 miles overdue. Not sure why that was overlooked. Moreover, second key to the car doesn't work. Tried replacing the battery, called when that didn't fix it, and was told to call service to get it reprogrammed. Shop told me that kind of service doesn't exist for this particular model. Dud key and 600 dollars later, I'm a pretty frustrated 3 month old Mercedes owner.
Had my Mercedes Benz serviced 3 times in 2018. None of the services are updated in Carfax! 2 out of 3 times, they did not even reset the service reminder. Service staffs are friendly though.
This was my first experience buying at Mercedes of Des Moines and my sales person was great. Tanner made the deal easy to make and was very easy to work with.
I was extremely pleased with my experience. I was greeted by Mr. Bouhalik who was pleasant, helpful, and got me into the car I wanted. The highlight was that in a matter of two hours, I left the dealership with my new Mercedes. Instead of an all day experience, Mr. Bouhalik and the business staff seemed to focus their attention on my needs. It was truly a wonderful and unique experience.
Fantastic experience, everyone was super helpful and no pressure buying environment. Would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for quality new or used cars!
Mathew was amazing, start to finish! Perfect knowledge base to be selling this type of vehicle. Very aware of options, upgrades and timelines. Thanks so much, Matt!
Johnny helped me find a nice and appropriate Vehicle that was a better deal than the vehicle I was originally looking at there. He always answered my questions kindly when I’ve had any during the process of the purchase as well.
Nice people nice car if I could have seen it. I went there at about 3 o'clock pm but it was sold this morning so I don't blame them. There was just a bit of mix up so I said good bye and they said they will look for some thing similar in style and price.
We have had nothing but exceptional service and experience (s) with Mercedes Benz within the last 6-8 months. We found ourselves needing two new cars within a short time and Tanner Overton, specifically, exceeded all of our expectations by swooping in, finding our dream cars + making the entire process as easy and smooth as possible. We very much feel like family there and everyone was a joy to work with. We'll be back for our next dream car, no doubt about it!
Picked up my car last night and the service quality is top notch as always. Alignment done and the car drove noticeably better, and for the work done it was at a reasonable cost.
Coupons always help, but I highly recommend Nathan Karr as a service rep.
Develop a relationship with your dealership and they will take care of you and your car.
Best place I ever bought a car Pete and Fred you two are the best sales guys I've ever dealt with everyone there down to earth and helpful this is the place to go for top notch service best deals on cars
Brahim worked to find a car with options I wanted and to get the lease deal where I was comfortable. Straightforward in showing the numbers and not the pressure atmosphere as with some car dealers. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, from management to sales to finance. You can tell they take pride in selling the Mercedes-Benz brand.
I'll start by saying I would highly recommend calling Mercedes of Omaha before doing any deals with Mercedes of Des Moines. I leased a vehicle in December of 2015 out of Des Moines and had a very bad taste in my mouth after the deal, however like most people wanting a Mercedes in Des Moines, what other choice did I have. The salesman are always nice and pleasant to work with, but when it comes deal time you usually end up dealing with the sales manager. That is where I would say the breakdown is in Des Moines compared to Omaha. Just to give one example of the pettiness I encountered; after the deal was negotiated the sales manager Connor, who was not pleasant to work with the entire time, tried to up my payment by $10 per month saying he would give me free car washes each week. Well in case you don't know Mercedes offers that anyway. Now to present day. I went to trade in my lease on Friday and wanted to give them another chance and see what they could do. After explaining my last encounter and of course asking for the best they could do and knowing exactly where I was on my current lease, they insult me with an extremely high offer. So, I called Omaha and over the phone asked for all the same info and they were much much lower for the exact same car on their initial offer. I gave Connor a chance with Omaha's starting number and he couldn't even get there, so the conversation was over. Called Scott and Pat back in Omaha and after 15 minutes of negotiating over the phone I drove to Omaha and picked up my new lease yesterday and they gave me everything that Des Moines and Connor said couldn't be done, now way no how. I am a reasonable person and am in sales myself, so I understand the business and I will never do business with Mercedes of Des Moines again. Omaha now has a new long term customer.
Went here to purchase a used Mercedes. After purchasing the vehicle, it was revealed that the car has major engine issues, which were in place at the time of purchase. Multiple calls about this issue have not been returned. If you're thinking of buying used here, I would look elsewhere.
