Mercy Medical Center, Dubuque IA

My daughter was seen at the ER. We were there about 8 hours. But it was well worth the wait. They did every test possible on her to make sure they didn't miss anything. The Doctor and the Nurse that helped us, were very nice and gave us alot of information about following up. Which I greatly! Appreciated! I also checked out the the Cafeteria while I was waiting, the lady that was working was super nice I didn't get her name but she had brown hair and glasses.really no complaints. Just maybe shorter wait times in the ER

I recently experienced a medical emergency that required a visit to Medical Associates Acute Care and subsequent admission to Mercy Hospital. I underwent emergency surgery by Dr Ken Rollings and follow-up care by nursing staff of the hospital's 4th floor. There should be banner over the hall that reads, "Best Care Anywhere". Thank you all so much

Well organized hospital in Dubuque Iowa. Also features a Cancer treatment center.

The Staff and RN', CNA's, NA's, and Dr.s are absolutely phenomenal. I won't go to any other hospital here in Dubuque again. They are amazing and genuinely care about everyone. They saved my life in more ways than 1.

I had been having abdominal pain for about 3 months once I was transfered from my local Hospital. They had me diagnoses and into surgery within two days to relieve my pain. Dr. Ott and his medical staff did a fantastic job. His personal nurse Abbie stayed late one night just so she could check me into the hospital and so I could be seen due to a backed up ER. The nurse's and staff on 4 west did a great job with my follow up care Abby, Sondra, Hailey, Megan, and Ashley and so many more that I couldn't remember there name's. They all did a fantastic job making sure my needs were met.

Seems like they dont care so much about you as a patient just you as a wallet. I was told I couldn't even make an appointment until I paid everything that I owed even though I had not received a bill for anything yet. Still trying to figure out how I could have paid something that I was unaware I owed and why I couldn't make an appointment when I wasnt even past due on anything. Will never be going back here. Horrible place.

Just had an unexpected 2 night stay after being transferred from Prairie du chien hospital. The staff was very friendly and took very good care of me. The cardio vascular unit was very clean and I had zero problems getting anything I needed. Shout out to Mark and Tina, you guys are the best!
