MercyCare North Liberty Urgent Care

Receptionist was very nice, didn't wait long, nurse’s bedside manner was good but doctor’s was not. This is my second visit with her and both times have left me feeling embarrassed for coming in.

Lmao they took 3 minutes to see me & ignore all my symptoms, prescribe me medication i cant take and honestly feel worse mentally than i do physically after that so pretty good distraction, probably the only useful thing that happened for me.cant say ive ever had a medical speedrun but thanks for the new record, now ill always expect my appointments to be shorter and shorter since to yall that's a thorough examination lol

The receptionist was very nice. Megan, the PA, however had little concern or care for how I felt and refused to give me anything that I know has helped me in the past for these symptoms. It's very frustrating going to places where you can't even get adequate care. Told me to take OTC and sent me on my way. I wouldn't go to the doctor if that was adequate, so thanks for charging me for doing absolutely nothing.

When I needed to be seen in October for a possible foot fracture over the weekend, both the nurse and doctor were clear I wouldn’t be able to get an x-ray until Monday. They took the time and listened and then made sure I was set up to return for an x-ray.

Staff was incredibly kind, got in and out within an hour, and got test results back the day of.
