MercyCare Prairie Creek Family Medicine reviews
6What the point of calling in the morning when they open to discuss setting an appt with a doctor here when they send you straight to the operating answering machine as though they aren’t open yet.
Like many reviews said: they don't listen and downplay everything.
ARNP Kim Kaiser is terrible at her job and shouldn't be in practice. Her notes never match what I tell her and she tries to go off memory with past visits but gets it wrong. I've had a GI issue with bleeding for 3 months now and finally convinced her to refer me to a GI. She has some new stupid suggestion at every visit. It's like she's trying to get me to come in as often as possible so she can make more money.
I would never recommend this location to anyone. I was treated like there was nothing wrong with me. I went there for a second opinion and was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Was told that they could refer me to a ob but that no matter what they would send me back to the dr I am trying to get away from. Wanted her to be my new dr because I moved and she said she was treating my visit like a urgent care visit even though she didn’t do anything for me after I waited over a month to make this visit.
I left there very upset and felt that there are no drs there that care about ppl.
This is not an urgent care. Urgent cares don't require appointments and would let you walk in to be seen which this place does not do.
Went here for a DOT Physical. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, the nurses were friendly as well and explained their part of the process well. The interaction I had with the DR was brief but professional. Overall a much improved experience vs mercycare north.
Like said be prepared to fight for yourself cause they wont listen. And by god they wont give you nothing for it. Sorry ibprofuen and tylenol doesnt work for everybody
