6Valet attendant had a foul attitude. She shouldn't be working with the public.
My father is in the cardiac ICU. They’ve forgotten to feed him twice now. He arrived at ER on day 1 at about 9am and was immediately put on a cot while waiting for a room. They forgot to feed him, all day. Not one meal. My mother eventually complained and they were apologetic and gave some other excuses. Alright, it happens I suppose, it’s a hospital, you know, I’m sure there’s a lot more dire cases they’re worried about but it seems like someone’s job should be to make sure patients are taken care of and comfortable at least. Day 3 of my fathers stay at the ICU, he’s got a room and it turns out the hospital forgot to feed him dinner. He received lunch at 11, and it’s 8 o clock at night and we finally start asking about dinner and the response is that they’re not serving anymore, sorry. Patient in the ICU with a procedure the next day, and the hospital is just not feeding them. Unacceptable service. The doctors and most of the nurses seem knowledgeable and friendly though.
I was referred by my doctor for an ultra sound. I was told that they would call me to make an appointment but instead sent me a text to call them at the number they provided in the text.
I have been trying to call the number but it rings busy every time or says that the number cannot be completed as dialed for the last 2 days!
I even called my doctor office and transferred me there but ended up back at the doctor office and the call was disconnected!
We had an appointment for the ultrasound since the beggining we asked if our insurance was covering this They never asked us for our insurance and told us to show before the appointment so after they make the ultrasound they just inform us our insurance is not in the network and charge us 398 dlls this is ridiculous why they didn't informed us before?
Absolutely the tops in service and the doctors and nurses are amazing.
