MercyOne Greene Family Medicine

I had an appt scheduled for 130 and went in the requested 15 minutes early to check in. When I got there no one was upfront to help me check in so I went to the pharmacy side and asked those ladies if they could let someone know that I was here to check in their response was oh they are on lunch someone will be with you shortly. No one was upfront until the time I was supposed to be being seen. So after finally checking in at 1: 30 I probably wasn’t seen until almost 2 and when I got there at 115 I was literally the only one in the clinic. Then I waited because my son needed vaccinations which was fine but then left without getting them because something was wrong with the freezer which again was fine. Then I had to wait for a medication to be filled which to me took longer than it should’ve but what do I know. Also, Both the pharmacy and the clinic didn’t have our correct insurance information even though we’ve been going to this clinic for I don’t know how many years which has also happened many times. So a 20/30 minute appointments for a 1 yr old took 2 hours- glad I didn’t have anywhere important I needed to be
