Dr Olasky is worse doctor ever my foot is broken she hasn’t even examined it. If I loose my leg because of her negligence I will make it my mission that she never practices medicine again!

The doctor, Jordan Shipley who works in urgent care is incredibly rude, does not listen to your concerns and I could over hear her talking badly about another patient when I was walking by to leave. I’ve never encountered someone with such a lack of compassion. Really disappointing.

Absolutely love Dr. Peterson. The staff is always so sweet, helpful, and always make me feel welcome. So happy some one recommended them for my kids.

I just can't with this clinic anymore. I called and a nurse told me to come in so i could have my hormone med switched out. Well apparently there are only 2 dr who currently work there. One was on maternity leave and apparently my dr.was on a 2 week vacation. So all they had were PA's. How stupid/unprofessional does one have to be to go on vacation while the ONLY other dr.is out. I came home crying today because the PA I saw refused to switch my medication. Im in horrible pain and am losing my ability to produce breastmilk due to a hormone imbalance. What a waste of time and copay. Oh and he blamed me for listening to the nurses when I should have known he wouldn't do anything for me. And that if Im not happy I should find a new dr. By the time I'm able to find a new dr.and run new labs my breastfeeding journey will be over. Im so upset. This isn't even the only bad experience I've had with this place either. I once sat in urgent care for over an hour with a severe asthma attack, I saw 6 people come in after me, be seen and leave while I waited. Sent my husband in because I correctly suspected he had cat scratch fever, its not just a song, dr used WebMD in front of him she didn't know it was a real thing. A friend of mine went in for nicotine poisoning. She had just switched to using an ecig and was treating it like a bottle. Dr.told her mixing flavors increased the nicotine content. Like what? If i had a glass of chocolate 2% milk and mixed it with another glass of strawberry 2% milk, I would not magically get whole milk. That's not how math works. I could go on but apparently I have to find a new dr.waste more time, spend more money and still have a formula baby.

I thought everything was just fine. It’s a walk in clinic, it’s going to be slow and kinda chaotic at times. If you don’t like that make an appointment with a doctor.

Dr Peterson and NP Kelly are fantastic. Always seem to be able and willing to work with my schedule and answer all my questions, even when I worry it might be a stupid question. Front desk is wonderful as well, friendly and so kind to my daughters. The nurses are honestly a little hit or miss when it's an appointment for one of my daughters. You can tell when its someone more experienced with kids. But we're very happy with this office and have never had any real issues from any staff member. In fact, they are very helpful when coordinating care with specialists at other offices.

I almost didn't go to this location based on all the negative reviews. I am glad I did because the staff were friendly and efficient. I was called back before I finished my paperwork. The nurse was friendly and I did not feel rushed. It took about 30 minutes for the doctor to come in but I could hear her going in and out of other rooms the entire time and it sounded like the other people needed the doctor more urgently than I did and it is an urgent care so 30 minutes isn't bad. The doctor was friendly and appeared concerned for my well being.
I am not sure if they got new staff or the other reviewers were there on a bad day but my experience was a good one.

Dr. Moran is wonderful! My son loves him! He actually took the time to explain things to me. Mrs. Dr. Moran is just as wonderful! I live over an hour away but it's worth the drive.

Everytime we come here, we are a little more optimistic about waiting times and actual care from the staff. Every time it's a disappointment. Puking uncontrollably? Have blood gushing from your cut? Expect 2 hours. REGARDLESS IF THERE IS ANY OTHER PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM. Then the nurse staff always acts annoyed, and when you finally meet the Dr, They rush you out and are not generally concerned for the health of their patients.

If I could choose no stars I would. This has to be the WORST clinics to go to. We have had more than one bad experience here. First was with the urgent care for walk in. We got there and had all forms signed and ready to go, waiting to get called back. Someone who walked in way after us, also walk-in, who we quickly realized was a friend of the receptionist and of course the receptionist called back their “friend” first even though we were there first waiting. Let’s not forget to mention that the things the receptionists were saying that day were completely inappropriate and are lacking a ton of perfessionslism. So unless you are friends with someone who works there- be expected to get pushed to the back as they will take them first. Second experience here- my wife went in for a scheduled appointment on December 1st to have some tests ran. It’s now December 20th, and after reaching out to them multiple times- we STILL don’t have her results. We won’t be back and we will be searching for a new clinic.

I took my son to the Doctor I waited 1hour half for then to say my son is sick but he is not sick enough for meds yet but call. 2 days later he barely can walk because he's dizzy, I call like the doctor said and she said I have to spend more money to bring him in and have him checked out again. This place is so disorganized and the doctor don't know what they are doing. I'm switching to another doctor office.

Great team, my daughter just loves Dr Peterson! We can always get in to see him when something comes up even if he has a full schedule we get squeezed in. As a new mom it was important to find a place we felt comfortable taking our daughter and didn't have to wait too long to see her doctor if she suddenly was sick.

Awful. Receptionist was rude, and so was one of the nurses. Was trying to be seen for a tick and was treated like an idiot for wanting the tick checked and myself checked out.

I like the Indianola Mercy clinic. I don't have to wait along time on my appointment day. My Dr.is Dr. Olsasky. I'm seen by her in a timely matter and takes the time to discuss any problems or concerns without feeling rushed and checks me over depending on why I went to see her. The staff are curtious, I would suggest Indianola Mercy Clinic for great care.

I see Dr. Smith and she is fantastic. My husband and I both go to her. The office staff and nurses are just as great! It is a clean clinic and we have high standards!

I am very upset and disgusted with the lack of compassion and care from the staff at this clinic. I have been to this clinic before on a few other occasions and had received outstanding customer service with compassionate doctors and nurses. I visited this clinic about two weeks ago and recieved the worst customer service experience and care that I have ever dealt with. The workers at the front desk were decent and helpful and I was back in an exam room within 10 minutes, but the nurse who came to get me from the waiting room acted as if she hated her job with a passion. She was very rude and aggressive with me shoving the thermometer in my ear with force and almost seemed to be yanking my arms around to take my blood pressure and pulse. I went to this clinic on my break from work thinking I'd be in and out quickly due to the fact that I was one of three patients waiting to be seen. As I waited in the exam room for almost 40-45 minutes to be seen by a doctor I could here staff continuously walking past my door laughing and joking around as if there weren't any patients waiting to be seen. Once the doctor came into my room she was in and out of there as fast as she could not letting me explain all of my symptoms without interrupting me every 10 seconds to hurry up the process. She asked if I wanted a strep test since I had a sore throat and high fever; I asked how long it would take since at this point I had to be back to work in 5 minutes. I was unsure because I didn't want to be late for work, but they informed me that they could do a test then call me later that day with the results. First off the doctor didn't tell me her name, she didn't tell me what I was sick with or give me any kind of diagnosis, but offered me antibiotics. Later that night I had not gotten any kind of confirmation that I even had a prescription called in and I also never received a call from the doctor letting me know if my strep test was negative or positive. I ended up having to call the clinic the next day to find out my results (which were apparently negative) I then received a call about a week and a half later again from the doctors office saying that my test was negative; which I had already known since I had to call to find out the results. This morning around 4 AM I had the same symptoms once again (high fever and an awful sore throat) and ended up having to go to the Emergency Room where I was then told i have a bacterial infection in my blood system and wait for it! Strep throat. Due to the negligence and immaturity of this clinic I ended up in the hospital. I do not recommend this clinic and next time I am feeling under the weather I will be taking my business elsewhere. As a young college student it is hard enough for me to make it by and now due to the poor customer service and care of this clinic I am now going to be struggling to pay off my bill from my visit to this clinic and now a hospital bill. I am extremely furious and frustrated.

This review is regarding the Urgent Care clinic. (Warning: this is a bit long!). We had a terrible experience there. The receptionists were unnecessarily rude. We came in about 15 minutes before they were closing for the day. Our two year old had been involved in a scary accident and suffered an injury to his foot, and as parents we were a bit shook up. Upon entering it was clear that they didn't appreciate us or anyone else coming in at that point because they didn't want to be there. There was an elderly couple at the check-in desk when we arrived and the employees acted so frustrated that they weren't moving fast enough. The one receptionist very curtly told us to fill out the yellow form then asked us in the same manner to fill out the additional paperwork. My husband did so while I stayed at the counter while the receptionist copied our insurance card. While standing at the counter I saw the nurses acting miserable because there were more patients to see. I also overheard the receptionists mumbling about wanting to lock the doors, and again acting like they didn't care to be there and were having a horrible day working there. My husband, (who is quite particular and tends to do things by the book) while filling out the paperwork, got to the sheet asking for a signature to verify we'd received a copy of the privacy laws. He hesitated because we hadn't. While I hinted that it wasn't a big deal, he decided to ask the lady at the desk to see them. She acted like that was the most ridiculous thing to request. She ended up giving it to him. It was about five pages long. He sat down to glance through them. Meanwhile the lady at the counter, very obviously referring to my husband's request, sarcastically said, "Really? ! ". I guess he was the first person to ask to see this!? Granted, he didn't have time to read it all, but it was rude to act like it was foolish for him to ask, when he has to sign something promising that he had been made aware of the rules. Bottom line, the entire experience left me furious. They acted like they were having a terrible day, meanwhile we had just experienced our son having a scary accident. I think we were having a much worse day. And I'm sorry that the timing of his accident didn't line up with their schedule of not wanting to help any more patients after 3: 30 when they were to close at 4. I've worked retail and I know how discouraging it can be when customers come in right before you close and you are ready to go home. But, this is not a retail business. It's a business built on helping people with unplanned injuries and illness. People are going to come in right before you close, because they NEED to. Again, we arrived 15 minutes before they closed and I'm fairly certain we even got in to see the doctor before they closed. I don't think they had to wait to leave too much after 4 o'clock.
Their rudeness and tactlessness caused me to write this. While I was an distraught mother, I was calm enough and level headed enough to recognize we were being treated unfairly. I think if you hate your job so much, maybe you should find another one. You don't have to make everyone else have an awful day, just because you apparently are. I will never go back. I don't expect anything to come of this message, but if someone is questioning going here or another place, save yourself from rudeness and go to the other place.

Very negative experience with Dr. Walker. Doesn't listen or instill confidence that she knows what she is doing. She only seems interested in lining her pocket book with more and more visits that go no where. My daughter has previously diagnosed condition that has gone uncontrolled for 5 months thanks to wasting my time with Dr. Walker. The clinic and staff is good. My recommendation is just to avoid Dr. Walker as she seems to be incompetent.
