I'm impressed how quickly they were able to get me in for an appointment. I was able to get in the same day I called. The person on the phone and the ladies at the desk were super friendly and helpful.

I was refused entry because I didn't have a mask. I was told my by another Mercy clinic I would be given one. I was told I had to go to the ER, putting me at a very high risk of contracting covid19. I had symptoms of Lyme, not covid, they didn't care.

I am giving two stars only because I like my physician's assistant. The two women at the front desk, however, deserve zero stars. They look at you with disdain, speak to you as if you are dirt, and on three occasions have publically, loudly, humiliated me. I dread going there and have complained to my physician's assistant as well as filled out surveys, but nothing changes. These two (Reese and Cassie) must be friends with someone powerful - I have worked in receptionist positions and there is absolutely no way behavior like theirs would be tolerated. People who are going to a medical appointment are often experiencing anxiety anyway, and to be confronted by their nasty attitudes is simply inexcusable. I often feel like crying after being checked in. Time to find a new doctor.

I was in there 2 or 3 weeks ago and the front office people were extremely rude and put me in tears I had the flu and was already upset and they treated me as if I was going to kill them I was careful not to spread my germs and wore my mask I am closterphobic and my glasses were fogging up and I moved my mask down not enough to hurt anybody but to breathe and the nurse screamed at me but i dont enjoy that kind of treatment I have been a patient for 15 years if I have to I will find another doctor's office

Only place I have to argue about getting a migraine shot or leave without one. Have history of migraines take regular meds for few years now. Been having migraines for last 20 plus years. Went for multiple other things twice since Thursday. Overall experience on second visit horrible nurses and dr was rude, first outside wait time nurse and dr was nice. Front desk is always rude. Left without getting a migraine shot barely touch that subject and still fighting a migraine now going on day 3. Been told in past not to wait until on multiple days. So looks like today I’ll be heading to ER or different urgent care to get migraine relief. Which than will cause a migraine hangover tomorrow and I work. Would prefer to deal with migraine hangover today on my day off. Not impressed with this location for quite some time but close to home when have time or energy I go to East village usually have a better results with dr there.

Saw Brittany Sanger today for the first time as my PCP has recently left and she was great and listened to my concerns and acted on them! She spent the time to talk about some of complicated health issues. I will for sure be going back to her as my PCP!

I had a 440 pm appointment today and i waited till 450 to be called at this time its 525 i have been waiting for 45 minutes just to be seen for a MED CHECK and REFILL order they close at 5pm i think it is normally this place is very good but todays just dissapointing having to wait this long especially when you have to go to the bathroom. I think they forgot i was in here. Im so dissatisfied at the moment.

Wow fantastic service. I had changed purses and forgot my medical card. With in minutes they found my coverage and saved me the hassle. The entire staff was helpful. I entered the wrong door. They walked me.to where I needed to go.
Dr. Cory Bryant was fast, friendly, and.very efficient.
I Will definitely be back.

Only a few good doctors. Urgent care reception not so great. We walked in one if the receptionist looked at kid and myself as if we were a side order of fries she didn't order. They are not the only clinic in town.

So I went in after a car accident. Pay my insurance every month so I have it. I asked for something to help with pain that isnt a muscle relaxer that would knock me out. Doctor left the room without discussing the medications with me fully and sent her nurse in to tell me she would give me nothing for pain. Wow. And I had to ask for a doc note from the nurse cuz the doctor was out of the room so fast. Go somewhere else if you need something to be more comfortable after a CAR ACCIDENT.

I went to this family practice for the first time. The staff that work there did Not Do their job. They are lazy and rude people. Don't waste your time and money to go there. This is the worst Mercy clinic in town. I would never go back there. Poor service

Worst “hospital” in Midwest. It’s obvious that majority of people feel the same when they have signs posted “please do not verbally or physically abuse our staff. ” This place is a joke and I would suggest traveling afar for sufficient care and service.

Don’t step outside to make a quick call to report to schools that your kids won’t be there, due to being sick. You’ll lose your spot, even though your following their policy of cell phones turned off or step outside. Nurse was rude, but Dr. Taylor was very professional and courteous.

I have gone to this place several different times and they have done nothing.the first time I took my 9 year old daughter there she was seriously constipated and they told her she was fine and did nothing for her. I took her somewhere else and they took an x-Ray and she was so constipated we are currently working to improve it. The second time I took my husband For a virus he had they said he was probably fine but drew blood and did a blood test and never gave us the results So i then took him to a different doctor and they found out he had Rocky Mountain spotted fever which is an extremely bad virus that can kill you. He has been treated for that. We then went back for a check up because he was still not feeling well and couldn’t remember anything from even five minutes ago with severe short term memory loss In which they told him he was fine and it was probably stress related so then we took him to a different doctor because he still wasn’t feeling good and they found out he has a vitamin D deficiency. So all in all these people have literally done nothing Except hand out a bunch of drugs for inflammation he didn’t need. I Won’t be going back to them ever again they seem to be more worried about getting people in and out then actually finding out what is wrong with them. The only reason I ever went to them so many times is because every time was an emergency when the doctors offices were closed and I don’t want to pay an arm and a leg to go to the hospital.

Waited almost 2 hrs total for the doctor to tell me to keep doing what I was already doing and they were not going to give me any antibiotics. Last time I went last year they gave me antibiotics and I was better in 3-4 days. Waste of time and money, I
won't be back.

All I need is a Dr release to ride, and I have to fill out 100pages of the same thing, and sit and wait for hours, then see asst. For 2 seconds, and pay out the waazooo. What a joke. And staff is VERY unpleasant. And slow.

Had a physical after not being to the doctor for several years. Took blood for labs. When they call with results, found out that they didn't even check my cholesterol! (I'm almost 50). Nurse told me to stop in at 7: 20 AM and they will quickly take my blood. Well, stopped in this morning and left after sitting for 15+ minutes without being seen.

Worst place to go. If you can find another urgent care i suggest you do it. I can't believe they haven't been shut down. Might as well go to fricken broadlawns. Or the ER it will be faster. And the people will be nicer. If you're wondering why they have a sign for "rude patients" it's because people have to put up with the workers there. Take the advice and DONT DO IT! Don't do that to yourself.

The front desk people could be nicer. The doctors there are very nice. Dr. S got my daughter to laugh during her visit when she wasn't feeling good.

My husband and I have been to this clinic multiple times in the last 20 months since moving to Pleasant Hill. We have ALWAYS found the office staff pleasant, efficient; the doctors and PAs professional and helpful. My experiences have been nothing like the negative reviews posted previous to my review.
