MercyOne Pleasant Hill Urgent Care reviews
8We took our 18mo here for suspected hand/foot/mouth disease. We checked in, were called back, and received care in less than 30 minutes! The process was smooth, the staff was super friendly. Great experience in a stressful situation for us. Would highly recommend
I’m disappointed in the lack of communication here. I went to make a drs appointment with my dr only to find out she isn’t there anymore. No letter, nothing saying she was leaving. Now I’m without a dr. She was the best. It will be hard to find another dr like her.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I went in on Sunday for an appointment, maybe took a total of 10 mins. No tests, just looked at my leg and prescribed an antibiotic, upon further research I was not comfortable taking that antibiotic. I called back Monday and asked if they could put my on something else, didn’t hear anything from them until Tuesday night, after I kept calling. They put me on a new prescription that day & I have been waiting on them to do the prior authorization so my insurance would accept it. It is now Friday morning and I’ve been on hold with them for 20 mins. This place is awful.
The doctor I saw was horrible, didn't take any time with me or understand the severity of my injury. I went to Unity Point where I recieved proper treatment and the nurses and doctors actually evaluated my injury. I had my hand crushed under an endloader and Mercy put a bandaid on it and sent me back to work with no restrictions and a battered hand I couldn't even close or use.
Out of State visitor. Service was above average. I had a reasonable wait time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My new urgent care in this area.
Staff is always friendly. Docs are great. Wait time can be a bit long, but its a walk in clinic so common sense says it's gonna be. Some of these reviews you'd think was for a McDonald's instead of a clinic. Entitlement from their patients.
I broke my ankle one night in wrestling practice, right after it happend me and my dad headed in to the urgent care. We called at 5: 45 to let the urgent care staff know we would arrive just a few minutes before 6 to give them a heads up so they knew we were coming. The lady I spoke to on the phone said she would ask the doctor if he would see me (doctor's name was Cory Bryant) he said no he would not and told the lady on the phone to tell us they were locking the doors at 5: 55. Sure enough when we got there at 5: 54 the doors were locked, we could see people sitting on the inside and they wouldn't let us in. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Went in two days ago convinced I was knocking on deaths door. Headache felt like covid. Throat felt like strep. Body felt like the flu. Back felt like I had shingles again
All they did was vitals & swab for covid. It came back negative. Through me on some antibiotic & sent me on my way. 2 days later I was told I had covid
