The ability to reach the place is literally driving me to another doctor. Dr Kopp is fantastic, but I've been trying to reach them over 20 minutes full of failure.
I am an RN and recently moved to Iowa and needed to establish a Dr. I made an appt and saw Katie and she was great. Very caring and non judgmental and a very nice person. She spent quality time with me and listened to my concerns and gave me the referral I needed for a surgeon. She is my new Practitioner. The front desk was great and the MA was great. I have recommended my fiancé see her and will bring my family here as well.
I saw the NP, Katie Conrad. She was great! She listened to my concerns and offered many solutions. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her!
